If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. We’re not trying to trap you into a ride you don’t need, but last-minute cancellations mean we’ve already assigned a chauffeur and blocked out that time.
Most cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are handled without issue. If it’s closer to your pickup time, there may be a fee depending on how late the notice is.
Flight changes are different. If your flight gets moved or canceled by the airline, that’s not on you—we work with you to adjust the booking or move it to a different day. We deal with flight changes constantly, so that’s just part of how airport transportation works.
