That depends on the age of your group and the specific policies of the rental company. For adult events—bachelor parties, birthdays, weddings—we allow alcohol as long as passengers are 21 and over.
For teen events like proms or Sweet 16s, alcohol isn’t permitted. Period. Our chauffeurs are trained to enforce that, and we don’t make exceptions. It’s a liability issue and a safety issue.
If you’re planning an adult event and want to bring drinks, confirm the policy upfront. Some companies provide coolers or bar setups; others require you to bring your own. We’re flexible on what you bring, but the chauffeur doesn’t drink, and open containers stay inside the bus—not in the driver’s area. Those are non-negotiables.
Life happens. Plans shift. We get it. If you need to adjust your pickup time or add an extra stop before the event, just let us know as early as possible. We’ll do what we can to accommodate.
If you’re running over your reserved time on the day of the event, talk to your chauffeur. We can often extend the rental if the bus isn’t booked immediately after yours. You’ll pay the hourly rate for the extra time, but at least you’re not scrambling for backup transportation.
Cancellations are trickier. We have a cancellation policy that protects both sides. If you cancel too close to the event date, you might forfeit your deposit. If you’re booking for a major event and there’s any chance plans could change, ask about the cancellation terms upfront so there are no surprises later.
