Most rentals require a minimum number of hours, usually three to four hours depending on the distance and type of event. Our quotes include the chauffeur, all tolls, taxes, and gratuity. When we give you a price, that’s the final number. We don’t add fees after you book.

Last-minute bookings sometimes work if you’re flexible on the type of bus and you’re renting during off-peak times. But if you have specific requirements—particular bus size, specific pickup time, peak season date—don’t wait. The buses that meet your needs might already be committed to other events.
Yes, passengers 21 and over can bring beer, wine, and champagne on board. Most of our buses include wet bars and coolers specifically for this purpose. You’re responsible for bringing your own beverages—we don’t provide alcohol.
Hard liquor is not permitted on any of our vehicles. Beer, wine, and champagne only. This is a liability issue and a safety issue, and it’s non-negotiable.
Your chauffeur has the authority to refuse service or end the rental early if passengers become disorderly or violate the alcohol policy. That almost never happens, but you should know the rules going in. Everyone can drink and have a good time. Nobody has to be the designated driver. But the chauffeur is in charge of keeping things safe and legal, and that means enforcing reasonable limits.
You communicate directly with your chauffeur. If you want to add a stop, change your destination, or extend your rental time, you work it out with the driver in real time.
Additional hours are charged at the hourly rate we quoted when you booked. If you want to extend a four-hour rental to five hours, you pay for one additional hour at your original rate. The chauffeur will confirm availability—sometimes they have another booking after yours—but if the bus is available, extending is straightforward.
Route changes and extra stops depend on how much time you have left in your rental period. If you’re on a four-hour rental and you want to add an unplanned stop, that’s fine as long as it fits within your four hours. If it pushes you past your end time, you’re paying for the extra time.
The key is communication. Tell the chauffeur what you need, and they’ll tell you whether it’s possible and what it costs. No surprises, no arguments later.
