Your chauffeur is commercially licensed, background-checked, and trained on our service standards. They know the roads around Edinburg Park, West Windsor Township, Princeton, Trenton, and the rest of Mercer County. They’re not learning the route on your dime.
We run monthly inspections on every vehicle in our fleet. That means working AC, functioning sound systems, and clean interiors. You’re not showing up to a bus that smells like last weekend or has a busted speaker.

Most people book about eight weeks out, but that timeline gets shorter if you’re booking a weekday or longer if you’re booking peak season. Proms, weddings, and graduations fill up fast, especially in May and June. If your event falls on one of those dates, you’re looking at 10 to 12 weeks minimum.
Last-minute bookings happen, but your options shrink. You might not get the vehicle size you want, or you might not get availability at all. We’ve had people call the week of an event and get lucky, but we’ve also had to turn people away because everything was already booked.
If you know your date and your group size, reach out. Even if you’re not ready to commit, we can tell you what’s available and hold a tentative spot while you finalize details. That’s a lot easier than scrambling two weeks before your bachelor party and realizing every limo bus rental in Mercer County is already spoken for.
You get the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the amenities that come standard in that specific bus. That includes luxury seating, sound systems, LED lighting, climate control, and flat-screen TVs. You’re paying for the time, the driver, and the equipment.
What’s not included: alcohol, decorations, and any stops that require parking fees or venue charges. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks if everyone in your group is of legal drinking age, but we don’t provide them. Some clients decorate the interior for birthdays or bachelorette parties, and that’s fine as long as it doesn’t damage the vehicle.
Your chauffeur will make reasonable stops based on your itinerary, but if you’re planning a multi-venue night, make sure that’s clear when you book. We build the route and timing around what you tell us upfront. If you want to add stops or change plans mid-trip, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but it’s easier when we know the full plan from the start.
Yes. Every chauffeur we employ holds a commercial driver’s license and has passed a background check. That’s not optional, and it’s not something we skip to save money. It’s a baseline requirement for anyone driving our vehicles.
Our chauffeurs also go through ongoing training on customer service, route planning, and vehicle operation. They’re not just drivers. They’re professionals who understand that your event matters and that their job is to make the transportation part invisible.
You’ll get your chauffeur’s contact info before your trip. If you need to reach them day-of, you can. If something changes or you’re running late, you can call or text directly. Our dispatch team also monitors every trip in real time, so if there’s an issue, we’re already aware and working on it before you have to ask.
You can bring alcohol as long as everyone consuming it is 21 or older. We don’t provide alcohol, and we don’t make stops to pick it up. That’s on you to handle before the pickup.
If you’re booking for a prom or a Sweet 16, alcohol isn’t allowed. Period. Our chauffeurs are trained to enforce that, and if they see underage drinking, the trip ends. No refunds, no exceptions.
For adult groups, you’re responsible for your guests and their behavior. If someone gets sick or damages the vehicle, you’re covering the cleaning or repair costs. We’re not trying to be the fun police, but we’re also not running a free-for-all. Most groups have a great time, keep things reasonable, and everyone gets home safe. That’s the goal.
If your plans change, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do what we can to adjust your booking, but that depends on how much notice you give us and what the change involves. Moving your pickup time by an hour is a lot easier than rescheduling to a different weekend.
Cancellations depend on our cancellation policy, which we’ll go over when you book. The closer you are to your event date, the less flexibility there is. If you cancel a week out, we’ve likely already turned away other bookings for that time slot, and we can’t always fill it.
If something comes up and you need to cancel, call us. We’ll walk you through what your options are and what the financial impact looks like. We’re not in the business of keeping your money for a trip that didn’t happen, but we also can’t eat the cost of a vehicle that sat empty because of a last-minute cancellation. It’s a balance, and we try to be fair about it.
