You’re not just renting a vehicle. You’re eliminating the logistical headache that comes with moving 10, 15, or 20+ people to the same place at the same time.
No one’s getting lost. No one’s stuck being the sober one all night. No one’s circling for parking or paying $40 to leave their car in a lot.
Everyone shows up together, leaves together, and the party doesn’t stop between Point A and Point B. That’s what a party bus rental actually does for you. It keeps the group intact and the vibe going while someone else handles the road, the route, and the timing.
And when it’s a wedding, prom, or bachelor party, that peace of mind isn’t a luxury. It’s the difference between a smooth night and one where half your group shows up late or doesn’t show up at all.
We operate across Ewing, NJ and the surrounding Mercer County area. We’re not new to this, and we’re not figuring it out as we go.
Our drivers are licensed, background-checked, and trained to handle group transportation the right way. Our vehicles are inspected monthly, not just when something breaks. And our pricing is straightforward because we’re not interested in surprising you with fees after you’ve already committed.
Ewing sits right between Trenton and Princeton, which means we know the venues, the traffic patterns, and the routes that actually make sense when you’re on a schedule. That local knowledge matters when you’re coordinating a night out or a wedding timeline that doesn’t have room for error.
You reach out with your date, group size, and event type. We confirm availability and give you a clear price based on your hours and route—no guessing, no hidden charges.
Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation with your driver’s contact info and pickup time. On the day of, your driver shows up early, helps everyone get settled, and handles the rest. You tell us where you’re going and when you need to be there. We make it happen.
If plans change mid-ride—extra stop, different venue, timing shift—you let the driver know and we adjust. That’s normal. We’re not running a bus route. We’re running your night, and flexibility is part of the deal.
After your event, we get everyone home safe. You’re not dealing with ride apps, surge pricing, or splitting up the group at the end of the night. One vehicle, one driver, start to finish.
Ready to get started?
Our party buses come with leather seating, climate control, LED lighting, flat-screen TVs, and Bluetooth-connected sound systems. You can play your own music, control the vibe, and keep the energy up between stops.
There’s bar space on board, which means you can bring your own drinks if everyone’s of age. We don’t provide alcohol, but we do provide the setup. Just know that if anyone under 21 is on the bus, state law prohibits drinking—period. We follow that to the letter.
In Ewing and across New Jersey, party bus service is especially popular for weddings at venues like The Mercer or Mountain View Chalet, prom season for Ewing High School and Notre Dame, and bachelor or bachelorette parties heading into Trenton or New Brunswick. Peak seasons book fast, so if you’re planning something for May, June, or prom weekend, three months ahead is the smart move.
We also handle corporate events, birthday parties, and concert transportation. If you’ve got a group and a reason to celebrate, we’ve got a vehicle that fits.
Party bus rental pricing in New Jersey typically runs between $150 and $350+ per hour depending on the size of the vehicle, day of the week, and time of year. Weekends and peak seasons like prom or wedding season are going to be on the higher end.
We price based on your specific needs—how many people, how many hours, and what kind of event. You’ll get a flat rate upfront with no surprise fees tacked on later. That’s the number you budget for.
For a group of 20 people on a four-hour rental, you’re looking at less than $20 per person per hour in many cases. Compare that to rideshares, multiple cars, or the cost of a DUI, and the math makes sense pretty fast.
Yes, as long as everyone on board is 21 or older. You’re welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or liquor and use the bar area we provide.
But here’s the hard line: if there’s even one person under 21 on that bus, no one drinks. That’s not our rule, that’s New Jersey state law, and we don’t bend on it. It protects your group, our license, and our driver.
We’ve seen other companies get loose with this, and it’s not worth the risk for anyone involved. If your event includes minors—like prom or a mixed-age birthday party—plan accordingly. No alcohol, no exceptions.
For weddings, proms, and any weekend event between April and June, book at least three months out. That’s peak season in New Jersey, and availability disappears fast.
For a random Saturday night or a weekday corporate event, you can usually get away with a few weeks’ notice. But if your date is flexible and you want your pick of vehicles, earlier is always better.
If you’re booking last-minute and we have availability, we’ll make it work. But if you’re planning something important and the date isn’t movable, don’t wait. Once a night is booked, it’s booked.
Your driver is there to adapt. If you need to add a stop, change the route, or adjust your timing, just let them know and we’ll handle it.
If you’re running over your booked hours, we’ll extend the rental and bill you for the extra time at the agreed rate. No penalties, just the additional hours. We’d rather keep you safe and on board than cut your night short.
The only thing we can’t do is change the pickup time day-of with no notice. Once your driver is dispatched and en route, that’s locked in. But everything else—stops, routes, timing between locations—that’s all adjustable in real time.
Yes. Every driver we put behind the wheel is properly licensed by the state of New Jersey, background-checked, drug-tested, and insured under our commercial policy.
We also comply with all USDOT and New Jersey Department of Transportation regulations. That means our vehicles are inspected monthly, our drivers are medically certified, and our insurance coverage meets federal standards.
This isn’t an Uber with a big car. This is a commercial transportation operation with real oversight and real accountability. You’re not hoping the driver is legit—you know they are because we’ve done the work to make sure of it.
We cover all of Mercer County and the surrounding areas, including Trenton, Princeton, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Hopewell. We also run routes to New Brunswick, Atlantic City, Philadelphia, and New York City depending on your event.
If you’re starting in Ewing and heading somewhere outside our usual area, just ask. We’ve handled everything from shore trips to stadium runs, and if the route makes sense, we’ll make it happen.
Our local knowledge is strongest in the Ewing and Trenton area, which means we know the venues, the traffic, and the shortcuts. That’s an advantage when timing matters and you don’t have room for a driver who’s guessing their way through back roads.
