You get a professional driver who shows up on time and knows the routes. You get a vehicle that’s maintained, licensed, and insured. You get modern sound systems, LED lighting, and enough space for your whole group to move around.
The price you see is what you pay. No booking fees. No surprise charges when you’re done.
And here’s what matters most: everyone in your group gets to participate. No one’s stuck nursing water all night because they drew the short straw. No one’s separated across three different Ubers trying to find parking in Manhattan. You’re together from the moment you leave Ferry Road Manor until you’re back home.
That’s the difference between renting a party bus and trying to figure it out on your own. One keeps the group intact. The other turns into a logistics nightmare before you even get to the venue.
We operate throughout New Jersey with a focus on reliability over hype. We’re not the flashiest company with the loudest marketing. We’re the ones who show up when we say we will, drive professionally, and don’t surprise you with hidden fees at the end of the night.
Ferry Road Manor sits right between the Meadowlands and NYC. We run routes to Manhattan, Atlantic City, and the Jersey Shore regularly. We know which venues have difficult drop-offs, where traffic backs up on weekends, and how to time pickups so you’re not waiting in the cold.
Our drivers are licensed, experienced, and vetted. Our vehicles are inspected and maintained on schedule. That’s not marketing language—that’s just how we operate.
You tell us the date, the pickup location in Ferry Road Manor, and how many people you’re transporting. We’ll recommend a vehicle size based on your group—our fleet ranges from 14-passenger sprinters to 40-passenger buses.
You’ll get a quote that includes tolls and taxes. No hidden fees. If the price works, you book the date. We don’t charge booking fees upfront, which is unusual in this industry but makes sense to us.
On the day of your event, your driver arrives at the scheduled time. You load up, connect your playlist to the sound system, and head to your destination. Your driver handles navigation, parking logistics, and timing.
When you’re ready to leave, your driver is waiting. If plans change or you’re running late, you call us. We adjust. That’s the service.
At the end of the night, everyone gets home safely. No one’s scrambling for a ride. No one’s stuck at a venue waiting for a car that’s 20 minutes away. You’re done when you’re done, not when an app tells you a driver is available.
Ready to get started?
Every party bus rental includes a professional chauffeur, fuel, standard tolls, and insurance. The vehicles come equipped with premium sound systems, LED lighting, climate control, and comfortable seating. Larger buses include bar areas, though you’re responsible for stocking them.
In Ferry Road Manor and the surrounding areas, most groups book party buses for weddings, proms, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and corporate events. The average rental in New Jersey runs about $1,115, but that number shifts based on vehicle size, duration, and timing. Prom and wedding season books fast—sometimes two to three months out—so if you’re planning around May or June, call early.
We’re available 24/7 because events don’t always happen during business hours. Late-night pickups from Manhattan, early morning airport runs, or last-minute changes all get handled the same way: professionally and without drama.
The pricing is transparent. You’ll know what you’re paying before you commit. If you need to adjust timing or add stops, we’ll tell you how that affects the cost. No surprises, no fine print, no “oh by the way” charges when the night’s over.
Two to three weeks is the standard window for most events. That gives you enough time to secure the vehicle size you want without rushing, and it gives us time to schedule your driver and prep the bus.
If you’re booking during prom season (April through June) or wedding season (May through October), push that timeline out further. Eight weeks minimum. Popular dates disappear fast, especially weekends, and once a bus is booked, it’s booked.
For last-minute events, call us anyway. We’ll tell you what’s available. Sometimes we have openings, especially mid-week or during slower months. But if you know your date now, book it now. Waiting doesn’t save you money—it just shrinks your options.
The average cost in New Jersey is around $1,115, but that’s just an average. Your actual price depends on the size of the bus, how long you need it, and when you’re booking.
Smaller buses—14 to 20 passengers—typically start around $200 per hour. Larger buses that seat 30 to 40 people can run $300 to $350 per hour. If you’re booking a full evening (say, six hours), you’re looking at $1,200 to $2,100 depending on the vehicle.
Here’s what matters: the price you see upfront is the price you pay. We include standard tolls and taxes in the quote. No booking fees. No surprise charges. If you want to add extra stops or extend your time, we’ll tell you what that costs before you commit. You’ll never get a bill at the end of the night that’s higher than what we agreed on.
Everyone in your group can drink. That’s the whole point of renting a party bus—no one has to be the designated driver.
Your chauffeur is a licensed professional who doesn’t drink, doesn’t party with you, and is focused entirely on getting you where you need to go safely. You and your group are free to enjoy the night however you want.
Most buses have bar areas where you can store your own drinks. We don’t provide alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own and stock the bus before you leave. Just keep it inside the vehicle—open containers aren’t allowed outside, and your driver will make sure everyone follows local laws. But inside the bus? That’s your space. Enjoy it.
Call us. We’ll adjust.
If you’re running late at a venue, your driver waits. If you need to add a stop or change the route, we’ll tell you if it’s possible and what it costs. If your event ends earlier than expected, you still pay for the time you booked—but at least you’re not stuck somewhere waiting for a ride.
We’re available 24/7, so you can reach someone at any hour. Changes happen. We get it. What we don’t do is leave you stranded or act like a small adjustment is the end of the world.
The only thing we ask is that you communicate. If something shifts, let us know as soon as you can. We’ll work with you. But if you ghost your driver or no-show without calling, that’s a different situation. Just talk to us. We’ll figure it out.
You’re hiring a licensed transportation company, not calling a random driver through an app. We schedule your pickup in advance, assign a specific driver, and confirm everything before your event.
Our drivers are professionals. They know the routes, they know the venues, and they know how to account for traffic in the NYC metro area. If there’s an issue—construction, an accident, something unexpected—we call you. You’re not left guessing.
We’ve been doing this long enough to know that showing up late ruins events. Weddings, proms, corporate outings—timing matters. So we don’t cut it close. Your driver arrives on time, ready to go. That’s the baseline. If we can’t meet that standard, we shouldn’t be in business.
Count your passengers, then think about comfort. A 20-passenger bus technically fits 20 people, but if everyone’s wearing formal attire or carrying bags, it’ll feel tight.
For groups of 10 to 15, a 14 to 20-passenger sprinter or small bus works well. For groups of 20 to 30, you’ll want a mid-size bus. For 30 or more, book a full-size 40-passenger bus.
If you’re on the edge between two sizes, go bigger. The cost difference is usually minimal, and the extra space makes the ride more comfortable. No one complains about having too much room. They definitely complain about being crammed in.
When you call us, we’ll ask about your group size and the type of event. Based on that, we’ll recommend the right vehicle. If you’re not sure, we’ll walk you through the options. We’d rather get it right the first time than have you show up and realize half your group won’t fit comfortably.
