Hear from Our Customers
Your group stays together from start to finish. No waiting on late rideshares that might cancel. No splitting up into three different cars and hoping everyone finds parking. No designating a driver who misses out on the fun.
You book one luxury party bus. Everyone boards at the same location. A professional chauffeur handles the route, the traffic, and drops you directly at the entrance while everyone else is still circling for parking.
The celebration starts the moment you step on board. Premium sound system, LED lighting, climate control, spacious leather seating. Your playlist, your schedule, your night. When the event ends, you’re not scrambling for rides home or worrying about who’s sober enough to drive. You’re already on your way, and everyone’s accounted for.
We’ve been serving Golden Crest, Hamilton Township, and the surrounding Mercer County area for years. We’re not new to this. We know the roads, the venues, the timing, and what actually goes wrong on event days.
Our chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked, and trained on the routes you’re taking. Each party bus gets cleaned and inspected before your trip. No surprises, no excuses.
Most of our customers come back because they know what they’re getting. Transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and a team that shows up when we say we will. That’s it.
You call or book online with your event date, group size, and pickup location in Golden Crest or anywhere in Hamilton Township. We’ll confirm availability and give you a clear price that includes the chauffeur, the bus, tolls, taxes, and gratuity. What we quote is what you pay.
On event day, your chauffeur arrives at your location on time. You and your group board, connect your phone to the Bluetooth sound system, and you’re off. The chauffeur handles navigation, traffic, and parking while you focus on your event.
Need to make a stop? Want to adjust the route? Just let the chauffeur know. We’re here to make the day work for you, not the other way around. When it’s time to head home, everyone boards together and you’re dropped back safely. No one’s left behind, no one’s driving impaired, and no one’s dealing with parking refunds or ride app surge pricing.

Every party bus rental includes a professional chauffeur, the luxury vehicle, all tolls, taxes, and gratuity. The buses fit groups from 14 to 45+ passengers depending on what you need. Smaller buses work for intimate groups of 10-20. Larger buses handle wedding parties, corporate events, or big birthday celebrations with 25-40 people.
Inside, you get premium sound systems with Bluetooth, LED lighting you can control, climate control, leather seating, flat-screen TVs, and tinted windows for privacy. Wet bar setups are standard. You bring the drinks, we provide the space.
Golden Crest sits in Hamilton Township, which means you’re close to Princeton, Trenton, Ewing, and Lawrence Township. We cover all of Mercer County and run routes to New York and Philadelphia metro areas. Weddings at local venues, casino trips to Atlantic City, sporting events at MetLife Stadium or Wells Fargo Center—we’ve driven them all. Your chauffeur knows the area and the best routes to keep you on schedule.
Party bus rental pricing depends on the size of the bus, how many hours you need, and what type of event you’re planning. Most rentals in New Jersey run between $150 and $300 per hour. That rate includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, and all the amenities inside.
For a four-hour rental with a mid-size bus that holds 20-25 people, you’re typically looking at $600 to $1,200 total. Larger buses that fit 40+ passengers cost more. Shorter trips cost less.
We don’t charge booking fees, and our pricing includes tolls, taxes, and gratuity. When we give you a quote, that’s the number. No surprises when the trip ends.
Weddings are the most common. You’re transporting the bridal party, family, or guests between the ceremony and reception. Everyone arrives together, on time, and no one’s worrying about directions or parking.
Proms and birthday parties are huge in the spring. Bachelor and bachelorette parties book fast, especially for weekend trips to Atlantic City or Philadelphia. Corporate events use party buses for team outings, holiday parties, or client entertainment.
Sporting events are another big one. Groups heading to MetLife Stadium for a Giants or Jets game, or down to Philadelphia for Eagles or Flyers games. You skip the parking lot chaos and tailgate on the way. Quinceañeras, anniversaries, casino nights—if you’re celebrating with a group, a party bus makes sense.
Most people book about 56 days out. Two months gives you enough options for bus size and timing. If you’re planning a wedding, prom, or any weekend event between April and October, book earlier. Those dates fill up fast.
Last-minute bookings are possible if we have availability, but you’re limited on vehicle choice. If your event is on a weekday or during the off-season, you have more flexibility.
For big events like prom weekend or New Year’s Eve, three to four months ahead is smarter. You get the bus you want, the time slot you need, and you’re not scrambling a week before your event.
Yes. Every chauffeur is fully licensed, background-checked, and insured. They go through fingerprinting, drug testing, and meet all New Jersey transportation standards. This isn’t someone with a regular driver’s license and a big vehicle. These are professional drivers.
Our chauffeurs know the roads in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, and the routes to major venues in New York and Pennsylvania. They’ve driven to the stadiums, casinos, and event spaces you’re going to. They know where to drop you off, where to wait, and how to time pickups so you’re not standing outside waiting.
Safety is the main reason people book party buses instead of driving themselves. You’re putting your group in the hands of someone trained to do this. That’s the whole point.
Yes, as long as everyone drinking is 21 or older. The buses come with wet bar setups, so you can bring your own drinks and use the space. You’re responsible for what you bring and who consumes it.
If your group includes minors—like a prom or sweet sixteen—no alcohol is allowed on board. That’s non-negotiable. The chauffeur has the right to refuse service if anyone underage is drinking.
For adult events, bring what you want. Just clean up after yourselves and don’t damage the bus. Most groups have no issues. It’s your space for the time you’ve booked it.
If you booked four hours and you need five, let the chauffeur know as soon as possible. We’ll extend the rental if the bus isn’t booked for another job immediately after yours. You’ll pay the hourly rate for the extra time.
If the bus is booked back-to-back, we can’t extend. That’s why it’s smart to overestimate your time when you book. If you think you need four hours, book five. It’s easier to end early than to scramble for more time.
For weddings and big events, build in buffer time. Ceremonies run late, photos take longer than planned, and traffic happens. An extra hour of rental is cheaper than the stress of rushing your group or cutting the night short.
