When you’re planning a wedding, bachelor party, prom night, or milestone birthday, the last thing you need is transportation stress. You want everyone in one place, the party continuing between stops, and zero concerns about who’s driving home.
That’s what a party bus rental does. Your group stays together from pickup to drop-off. No one’s following behind in separate cars, getting lost, or scrambling for parking at every venue. The celebration doesn’t pause—it moves with you.
You get a professional driver who knows Hamilton, Mercer County, and the surrounding areas. They handle the roads and the timing while you focus on your event. The bus comes equipped with premium sound systems, lighting, comfortable seating, climate control, and space to move around. You’re not cramped in a sedan or coordinating a caravan. You’re in a mobile venue that keeps the energy going and everyone safe.
Jersey Airport Car And Limo has been providing professional transportation throughout New Jersey for three decades. We’re not a broker passing your booking to someone else. We own our fleet, employ our drivers, and handle your reservation from start to finish.
Our drivers meet state licensing requirements, carry proper insurance, and maintain clean driving records. Our vehicles are maintained on schedule and equipped with the amenities you’d expect from a luxury party bus service. We operate 24/7 because events don’t always happen during business hours.
Hamilton has venues like The Hamilton Manor, Veterans Park, and Grounds For Sculpture—places where your group deserves to arrive together and on time. We’ve been getting people there reliably for years, and we’re familiar with the local routes, traffic patterns, and timing you need to stay on schedule.
You reach out with your event date, group size, and pickup details. We confirm availability and give you a transparent price—no hidden fees or surprise charges later. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying upfront.
Once you book, we assign a vehicle that fits your group size. If you have 15 people, you’re not getting a 40-passenger bus. If you have 35, you’re not getting squeezed into something too small. We match the vehicle to your actual needs.
On the day of your event, your driver arrives at the scheduled time. They’re in uniform, the bus is clean and ready, and you’re not waiting around wondering if someone’s going to show up. You provide the itinerary—whether that’s multiple stops for a bachelor party crawl or a single round trip for a wedding—and the driver handles the rest.
You control the music, the lighting, and the vibe inside. The driver manages the road. At the end of the night, everyone gets home safely without anyone having to stay sober or navigate after celebrating.
Ready to get started?
Every party bus rental includes a licensed, insured driver with experience navigating Hamilton Township, Trenton, Princeton, and the surrounding Mercer County area. You’re not getting someone who just started last week.
The buses come with premium sound systems so you can connect your phone and control the playlist. LED lighting sets the mood, and wraparound seating means your group can actually talk and interact—not sit in rows staring at the back of someone’s head. Climate control keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season.
Larger buses include onboard restrooms, which matters when you’re doing a multi-stop night and don’t want to coordinate bathroom breaks at every venue. You’ll also get bar areas with coolers (you bring your own beverages), TVs, and enough space to move around without feeling cramped.
Hamilton’s party bus market sees high demand for proms in spring, weddings in summer and fall, and holiday corporate events in winter. Booking 4-6 weeks ahead gives you better vehicle selection and locks in your date. Weekend rates run higher than weekdays, and peak dates like prom season or New Year’s Eve book fast. If your event falls on one of those dates, don’t wait.
Pricing depends on the day of the week, time of year, and how long you need the bus. Weekday rates in Hamilton typically start around $200 per hour. Weekend rates start closer to $300+ per hour because demand is higher.
Most rentals require a minimum of 4-6 hours, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. If you’re booking for prom, a wedding, or New Year’s Eve, expect rates at the higher end because those are peak dates. The average party bus rental in the Hamilton area runs about $1,115 total, but that varies based on group size and duration.
We don’t charge booking fees, and we don’t hit you with hidden costs after you’ve already committed. You’ll get a clear price upfront that includes the driver, fuel, and standard amenities. If you want to add extra stops or extend your time, we’ll tell you what that costs before you decide.
Party buses in our fleet range from 10 to 50 passengers. If you have 15-20 people, you’ll want a mid-size bus. Groups of 30-40 need a full-size coach. Anything over 40 requires our largest vehicle.
Don’t try to cram extra people in to save money. It’s uncomfortable, and it’s not safe. If you’re on the edge between two sizes, go with the larger option. People appreciate the extra space, especially on longer trips or when you’re dressed up for a formal event.
When you’re counting passengers, include everyone who’s riding at any point—not just the people going the whole way. If you’re picking up additional guests mid-route, factor that into your total. We’ll help you figure out the right size when you call, but have an accurate headcount ready.
Yes, as long as everyone drinking is 21 or older. You’re responsible for bringing your own beverages—we provide the coolers and bar area, but we don’t supply alcohol. That keeps costs down and lets you bring exactly what your group wants.
If you’re renting for prom or any event with minors, alcohol isn’t allowed on the bus. Period. We follow New Jersey laws strictly, and our drivers are trained to enforce that. If someone underage is caught drinking, the trip ends immediately.
For adult events, drink responsibly. The whole point of renting a party bus is so no one has to drive after celebrating. Our drivers are professionals who’ll get you home safely, but they’re not babysitters. Keep things under control, respect the vehicle, and everyone has a great time.
For most events, 4-6 weeks out is the sweet spot. That gives you a good selection of available vehicles and locks in your date before someone else grabs it. If you’re booking for a peak date—prom, graduation weekend, New Year’s Eve, or a summer Saturday wedding—book earlier. Those dates fill up fast, sometimes months in advance.
If your event is last-minute, call anyway. We operate a full fleet, and there’s a chance we have availability. But understand that your vehicle options might be limited, and pricing could be higher if it’s a weekend or holiday.
The earlier you book, the more control you have over vehicle choice, timing, and cost. Waiting until the last minute leaves you scrambling, and you might end up with a bus that’s too big, too small, or not available at all. People who plan ahead get the best experience.
If your event runs longer than expected, let the driver know as soon as possible. We’ll extend your rental if the bus is available and charge you the hourly rate for the extra time. If another client is scheduled after you, we can’t extend—so build in buffer time when you’re booking if your event might run long.
If you need to change your pickup time or location before the event, call us. We’ll adjust the schedule if we can. Last-minute changes are harder to accommodate, especially on busy weekends, but we’ll do what we can to make it work.
If you need to cancel, our cancellation policy depends on how far out you cancel. The closer to the event date, the less flexibility we have because we’ve already turned down other bookings to hold your reservation. When you book, we’ll go over the cancellation terms so there are no surprises.
Yes. Every driver on our team holds a valid New Jersey commercial driver’s license, carries proper insurance, and has a clean driving record. We run background checks and verify at least five years of driving history before hiring anyone. This isn’t a side gig for them—it’s their profession.
Our company is fully licensed and insured, and we exceed the standards set by the New Jersey Department of Transportation and USDOT federal regulations. If you want to see proof of insurance or licensing before you book, just ask. We’ll provide it.
You’re trusting us with your safety and your event. We take that seriously. Our drivers know the roads, they show up on time, and they’re trained to handle everything from traffic delays to last-minute route changes. You’re not getting someone who just passed their test last month. You’re getting an experienced professional who’s done this hundreds of times.
