Cancellation policies depend on how far out you cancel and what time of year you’ve booked. For peak season dates, cancellations made within two weeks of the event typically forfeit the deposit. For off-season or weekday rentals, we’re more flexible if you give us reasonable notice.
If weather or an emergency forces you to cancel, we work with you to reschedule rather than lose your deposit entirely. We’re not trying to keep your money for a service we didn’t provide. But we also can’t fill a Saturday night in June if you cancel the day before.
