You’ve got a birthday, bachelor party, prom night, or wedding celebration coming up. The venue’s booked, the guest list is set, but now you’re dealing with the headache of coordinating rides, figuring out parking, and worrying about who’s sober enough to drive home.
That’s where a party bus rental actually makes sense. Everyone boards at one spot, travels together, and nobody’s stuck being the designated driver or navigating unfamiliar roads after a few drinks. Your group stays together from start to finish.
The party starts the moment you step on board. Luxury leather seating, premium sound systems, LED lighting, flat-screen TVs, and climate control mean you’re not just getting from point A to point B—you’re making the ride part of the event. No splitting up into multiple cars. No waiting around for stragglers. No stress about directions or parking at the venue.
You show up together, you leave together, and everyone actually enjoys the night.
We’ve been handling group transportation across Ocean County and the broader New Jersey area for over three decades. We’ve seen every type of celebration—proms in Trenton, weddings in Princeton, bachelor parties in Atlantic City, corporate events in Edison.
Our chauffeurs aren’t just drivers. They’re CDL certified, background-checked professionals who know the local roads, traffic patterns, and how to plan for delays so you arrive on time. They dress appropriately, treat your schedule with respect, and understand that your event matters.
Old Mill Farms sits in a part of Ocean County where celebrations often mean traveling to venues across Monmouth, Burlington, or Mercer counties. Our fleet serves the entire region, and our drivers know how to navigate everything from shore traffic in summer to highway delays during peak hours. You’re not getting someone who just moved here last month—you’re getting local expertise.
You start by booking online or calling our dispatch team. We’ll ask about your group size, pickup location in Old Mill Farms, destination, and event type. That determines which vehicle fits your needs—whether it’s an intimate group of 14 or a larger celebration with 45+ passengers.
The rate you see when booking is exactly what you pay. No surge pricing. No hidden fees for tolls or taxes. No surprise charges for fuel or cleaning unless someone damages the vehicle. We quote flat rates that include everything standard, so you know the cost upfront.
On the day of your event, your chauffeur arrives at the scheduled pickup time. You’ll get text confirmations and direct contact info for your driver, so there’s no guessing about when they’ll show up. Everyone boards, the music starts, and you’re off.
During the ride, you control the vibe. Connect your phone to the sound system, adjust the lighting, use the flat-screen TVs. Your chauffeur handles the driving, traffic, and parking while your group enjoys the experience. At the end of the night, everyone gets dropped off safely—no one’s scrambling for a rideshare or risking a DUI.

Our party buses aren’t decades-old vehicles with worn-out seats and broken speakers. These are late-model buses with luxury leather seating, premium sound systems that actually work, LED lighting you can customize, flat-screen TVs, and climate control that keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season.
Monthly inspections and regular maintenance mean you’re not dealing with breakdowns or mechanical issues mid-trip. Professional cleaning between events means no stains, trash, or unpleasant odors when you board. The amenities we advertise are the amenities you’ll actually get.
In Old Mill Farms and across Ocean County, party bus rentals typically range from $150 to $300 per hour depending on vehicle size and event type. Smaller buses accommodating 14-20 passengers start around $200 per hour. Larger buses for 30-45+ passengers run closer to $300 per hour. Proms, weddings, and bachelor parties often book 4-6 hour blocks, while birthday celebrations or nights out might only need 3-4 hours.
We serve the entire New Jersey area—Atlantic City casino trips, Princeton wedding venues, Trenton prom destinations, shore town celebrations in Monmouth County. Wherever your event takes you, our chauffeurs know how to get there and back safely.
The rate includes the vehicle, professional chauffeur, standard tolls, taxes, and all the amenities advertised—sound system, lighting, TVs, climate control. There’s no booking fee, no fuel surcharge, and no surprise charges at the end of the night.
What’s not included: gratuity for your driver (typically 15-20%), and any damage or excessive cleaning fees if the vehicle is left in poor condition. If you’re planning to bring alcohol on board (for passengers 21+), that’s allowed, but you’re responsible for cleanup. Most groups tip the driver in cash at the end of the ride.
Some companies advertise low hourly rates but then hit you with fees for everything else. We don’t operate that way. The price you see when booking online is what you’ll pay, and our dispatch team will confirm that before you finalize anything.
For proms, weddings, and major holidays, book at least 4-6 weeks out. Those are peak times when availability gets tight, especially for larger buses. If you’re planning a prom in April or May, start looking in March.
For bachelor parties, birthdays, or nights out during non-peak times, 2-3 weeks is usually enough. We do handle last-minute bookings when vehicles are available, but you’re taking a risk waiting until the week of your event—especially on weekends.
Old Mill Farms is close enough to popular venues in Atlantic City, Princeton, and the Jersey Shore that we get a lot of requests during summer months and holiday weekends. The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting the exact vehicle size and time slot you want.
Yes, as long as everyone drinking is 21 or older. You’re responsible for bringing your own alcohol—we don’t provide it. Most groups bring coolers with beer, wine, or pre-mixed drinks. Hard liquor is allowed, but keep it reasonable.
Your chauffeur won’t drink, obviously, and they’re not responsible for monitoring who’s drinking what. That’s on you as the group organizer. If someone underage is caught drinking, the ride ends immediately and you’re still paying for the full booking.
Cleanup matters. If your group leaves the bus trashed—spilled drinks, vomit, food smashed into seats—you’ll get charged a cleaning fee. Most groups bring trash bags and do a quick cleanup before getting off. It takes five minutes and saves you a few hundred bucks in fees.
Our vehicles go through monthly inspections and regular maintenance specifically to prevent breakdowns. In over thirty years, mechanical failures mid-trip are extremely rare. If something does happen, our dispatch team is available 24/7 to send a replacement vehicle or arrange alternative transportation.
No-shows are a bigger issue with less established companies. We’ve been doing this long enough that our reputation depends on reliability. Your chauffeur’s contact info gets sent via text before pickup, and our dispatch team monitors every ride. If there’s a delay due to traffic or an unavoidable issue, you’ll know immediately.
If we ever fail to provide the service you booked—wrong vehicle, no-show, major delay that’s our fault—you’re not paying for something you didn’t receive. That’s not a marketing line. That’s how we’ve stayed in business this long.
Most party bus rentals are charged hourly with a minimum booking time, typically 3-4 hours. For longer trips like Atlantic City casino runs from Old Mill Farms, you’re looking at 5-6 hours minimum since travel time eats up a good portion of the booking.
The hourly rate stays the same regardless of destination, but you’re paying for the total time the vehicle is reserved—including drive time both ways. A trip to Atlantic City from Old Mill Farms is roughly 45 minutes to an hour each way depending on traffic, so factor that into your total hours.
Tolls and taxes are included in the flat rate we quote. If your trip involves unusual routes or destinations significantly outside our normal service area, we’ll let you know upfront if there’s any adjustment. No surprises after the fact. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying before you book.
Life happens. Weather changes plans, people get sick, venues cancel. We get it. Our cancellation policy depends on how far out you cancel and what type of event you booked.
Generally, if you cancel more than two weeks before your scheduled pickup, you’ll get a refund minus a small processing fee. Cancel within two weeks but more than 72 hours out, and you’re looking at a partial refund—usually 50% of the total. Cancel within 72 hours of your event, and you’re likely paying the full amount since we’ve already turned down other bookings for that time slot.
For proms and weddings during peak season, cancellation terms are stricter because those dates book up fast. We’ll go over the specific terms when you book so there’s no confusion later. If you need to reschedule instead of cancel outright, we’ll work with you to find another date if vehicles are available.
