You’re not just renting a vehicle. You’re eliminating the single biggest coordination problem at any group event: getting everyone from point A to point B without drama.
Think about the last time you organized something for 15 people. Someone showed up late. Someone got lost. Two people took an Uber that cost $80 because surge pricing kicked in. One person had too much to drink and shouldn’t have been driving but did anyway because there was no other option.
A party bus rental solves that. Everyone boards at the same address. Everyone travels together. Your professional driver handles the route, the parking, the timing. You handle having a good time. When the night’s over, everyone gets home the same way they left—safely and together.
The bus itself matters too. Leather seating, LED lighting, premium sound systems, climate control. It’s not a school bus with a disco ball. These are luxury party buses built for adults who want comfort and style, not just transportation.
Jersey Airport Car And Limo is a family-owned company that’s been operating in New Jersey for over 35 years. We’ve transported more than 19,000 weddings and celebrations. We’re not new to this, and we’re not a broker passing your booking to someone else.
We own our fleet. We employ our drivers. We maintain our vehicles daily. That means when you book with us, you’re getting our equipment and our team—not a subcontractor we’ve never met.
Parkside is a tight-knit community where people value reliability and straightforward service. You’re minutes from Rutgers Camden, close to Philadelphia, and surrounded by venues worth visiting. We know the area. We know the routes. We know where parking is impossible and which venues have loading zones. That local knowledge makes your night smoother.
You call or book online. We ask about your group size, your date, your pickup location, and your itinerary. Most people rent for a minimum of three hours. If you need more time, we build that into the quote.
We give you a flat rate that includes standard tolls and taxes. No booking fees. No hidden charges that show up later. You know the cost upfront, and that’s what you pay.
On the day of your event, your driver arrives at the agreed time and location. You and your group board. The driver handles navigation, parking, and timing for each stop on your itinerary. If you’re bar hopping in Camden, hitting a wedding venue and then an after-party, or doing a brewery tour, the driver manages the logistics.
You stay on the bus between stops or step off as needed. When your rental period ends, the driver takes you back to your original pickup point or another address you’ve specified. Everyone gets home safely. You don’t worry about who’s sober enough to drive or who’s splitting a $100 Uber.

Our party buses come standard with leather seating, LED lighting, premium sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, climate control, and flat-screen TVs. Some buses include bar areas. The exact amenities depend on which vehicle you book, but comfort and entertainment are built into every option.
Small party buses fit 10 to 20 passengers. Medium buses handle 20 to 30. Large buses accommodate up to 50. The size you need depends on your group and how much space you want. Tighter groups sometimes prefer a smaller bus. Larger events need the capacity.
In Parkside, most rentals are for birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, proms, corporate events, and weddings. The median home price here is under $145,000, and the average rental is around $2,200. People aren’t looking for over-the-top extravagance. They want clean, reliable, affordable party bus options that don’t cut corners on safety or quality.
We’re available 24/7. If your event runs late or plans change, you can reach us. Our dispatch team is always on call. Our drivers are licensed, insured, and background-checked. The fleet is maintained daily, so you’re not getting a vehicle that’s been sitting in a lot for three weeks.
Small party buses typically start around $200 per hour. Medium buses run $200 to $350 per hour. Larger buses can go up to $500 per hour depending on capacity and amenities. Most companies, including us, require a minimum rental of three hours.
The total cost depends on how long you need the bus, how many passengers you’re transporting, and what day of the week you’re booking. Weekend nights during peak season—think prom season, wedding season, or major holidays—cost more than a Tuesday afternoon in February.
Here’s why the price makes sense: if you’re splitting the cost among 20 people for a four-hour rental at $250 per hour, that’s $1,000 total, or $50 per person. Compare that to everyone paying for their own Ubers, dealing with surge pricing, or risking a DUI. It’s not just cheaper—it’s smarter.
We don’t charge booking fees, and we include standard tolls and taxes in our quotes. What we tell you on the phone is what you’ll pay. No surprises.
You get the bus, the driver, and the amenities that come standard with that vehicle. That typically means leather seating, LED or neon lighting, a high-quality sound system with Bluetooth, climate control, and often flat-screen TVs or bar areas.
The driver handles all navigation, parking, and timing. You provide the itinerary—where you want to go and when—and the driver makes it happen. If you’re doing multiple stops, that’s built into the service. Most people use party buses for bar crawls, winery tours, sporting events, weddings, or nights out where the group wants to stay together.
What’s not included: alcohol. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks on most buses, but we don’t supply them. Also not included: gratuity for the driver. That’s customary but not mandatory. Most clients tip 15% to 20% based on service quality.
You’re also responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Our buses are cleaned and inspected before and after every rental. If something gets broken or stained beyond normal wear, you’ll be billed for it. That’s standard across the industry.
For peak dates—prom season, wedding season, major holidays—book at least four to six weeks out. Popular weekends fill up fast, and if you wait until the week before, you’re probably not getting the bus size or time slot you want.
For off-peak dates or weekday rentals, you can often book with less notice. We’ve accommodated last-minute requests with just a few days’ lead time when availability allows. But that’s a gamble. If you already know your date, book early.
Seasonal demand is real. September sees a spike in bookings because of Labor Day events, back-to-school parties, and early fall weddings. October stays busy with Halloween and festival season. November drops off sharply, then picks back up in December for holiday parties. If your event falls during a high-demand window, don’t wait.
We recommend calling as soon as your date is confirmed. We’ll check availability, give you a quote, and hold your reservation with a deposit. That locks in your rate and your vehicle. Waiting doesn’t save you money—it just limits your options.
Yes, in most cases. New Jersey law allows passengers to consume alcohol in a hired vehicle as long as the driver isn’t drinking and everyone on board is of legal drinking age. We don’t provide the alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Some clients bring coolers. Others bring bottles. Just make sure everything stays inside the bus and doesn’t create a mess that damages the interior. Our buses are cleaned daily, but we’re not talking about minor spills—we’re talking about significant stains or damage that requires professional cleaning or repair.
If anyone in your group is under 21, they can still ride, but they can’t drink. That’s on you to enforce. Our drivers won’t police your group, but if things get out of hand—if someone’s vomiting, being aggressive, or creating a safety issue—the driver has the right to end the rental early. You’ll still be charged for the full time, and you won’t get a refund.
Most groups are responsible. You’re hiring a party bus because you want everyone to have fun safely. Just treat the vehicle with respect, and there won’t be any issues.
Cancellation policies vary by company, but ours requires at least 48 to 72 hours’ notice to get any portion of your deposit back. If you cancel within that window, you’ll likely forfeit the deposit. If you cancel well in advance, you may get a partial or full refund depending on how much notice you give.
We get it—plans change. Someone gets sick. Weather turns bad. The event gets postponed. If you need to move your reservation to a different date instead of canceling outright, we’ll work with you. Rescheduling is usually easier than canceling, and we’ll apply your deposit to the new date if availability allows.
If you need to adjust your itinerary or add time to your rental on the day of the event, let the driver know. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee availability if another client is scheduled after you. If we can extend your time, we’ll charge the hourly rate for the additional hours.
The key is communication. If something changes, call us as soon as possible. The earlier you let us know, the more options we have to help you out.
Yes. Every driver on our team is fully licensed, insured, and background-checked. That includes fingerprinting and drug testing. We comply with all New Jersey transportation regulations, and we’re members of the National Limousine Association.
Our drivers aren’t just licensed—they’re experienced. They know the roads, the venues, and the timing. They’ve handled hundreds of events. They know how to navigate tight parking situations, manage multiple stops, and keep a group on schedule without being overbearing.
Safety is the main reason people book a party bus instead of having everyone drive themselves. You’re hiring a professional to handle the transportation so no one in your group has to worry about being the designated driver or making bad decisions after a few drinks.
Our insurance covers the vehicle, the passengers, and liability. If something happens on the road, you’re protected. That’s not the case when you’re coordinating rides with friends or relying on rideshare apps. You’re trusting strangers with no accountability. With us, you’re working with a licensed, insured company that’s been operating for over 35 years.
