If you’re booking during high-demand periods—prom season, wedding season, major holidays—go earlier. Four to six weeks out is smarter because availability tightens fast. Popular Saturdays in May and June disappear quickly in the Windsor area.
Last-minute bookings can work if we have availability, but you’re taking a chance. If your event is flexible on dates or you’re willing to adjust your group size to fit what’s available, we’ll do what we can. But if you’ve got a fixed date and a specific group size, don’t wait.

If your itinerary involves venues outside that immediate area—heading toward New Brunswick, down to the shore, or into Pennsylvania—we can accommodate that. Just let us know upfront so we can factor travel time and distance into the quote.

You can bring alcohol on board for passengers 21 and over—that’s one of the main reasons people book party buses. Smoking and illegal substances aren’t allowed. Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear gets billed separately.
The chauffeur controls the route and makes the final call on safety. If someone’s behavior puts the group or driver at risk, the trip can be ended early. That rarely happens, but it’s part of keeping everyone safe.
You’re responsible for your group. If someone gets sick, there’s a cleaning fee. If something gets broken, you’re covering the repair. Most trips go smoothly because groups understand they’re in a nice vehicle and treat it accordingly. Cancellations depend on timing. The closer you are to your event date, the harder it is to rebook that time slot, which is why cancellation policies exist. When you book, you’ll get clear terms about deposits, cancellations, and changes so there’s no confusion later.
If weather or an emergency forces a cancellation on our end—vehicle breakdown, driver illness, something legitimately out of our control—we’ll either find you a replacement vehicle or refund your deposit. We’re not in the business of taking your money and leaving you stranded. But if you cancel because your plans changed, the deposit typically isn’t refundable within a certain window of your event date.
The rate covers the vehicle, the professional chauffeur, fuel, and standard amenities—sound system, lighting, climate control, seating. You’re not paying extra for the driver or getting hit with a fuel surcharge at the end.
What’s not included: gratuity for the driver, any stops that involve parking fees or tolls, and any damage or cleaning fees if something goes wrong. Most groups tip 15-20% based on service quality, similar to any other professional service.
If you want specific add-ons—decorations, a stocked bar, custom route planning for a themed tour—we can discuss that upfront. Some requests are easy to accommodate. Others might involve additional coordination or cost. The key is transparency: you know what you’re paying before you commit, and there are no surprise charges when the night’s over.
