You’re planning something special. A birthday. A bachelor party. Prom night. Maybe a wedding. The last thing you need is coordinating five different cars, worrying about who’s driving, or dealing with parking nightmares at the venue.
That’s where a party bus rental changes everything. Everyone boards at the same location. The celebration starts the moment the door closes. No one’s stuck being the designated driver, and no one’s getting lost trying to follow directions to an unfamiliar venue.
The music’s playing. The LED lights are set to your vibe. Your group is together, laughing, taking photos, making memories before you even arrive. And when the night’s over, you’re not scrambling for rides or worrying about safety. You’re heading home the same way you left—together, with a professional driver handling the roads.
Jersey Airport Car And Limo has been providing ground transportation throughout New Jersey for years, and we’ve built our reputation on one simple principle: reliability. When you book with us, we show up when we say we will, with the vehicle you reserved, and a driver who knows the area.
We’re not the cheapest option in Woodsville, NJ—and that’s intentional. You’re paying for maintained vehicles, licensed and insured drivers, and a company that answers the phone at 2 a.m. if something goes wrong. We don’t overbook. We don’t surprise you with fees at the end of the night. And we don’t disappear when you need us.
Our dispatch team monitors every trip in real time. Our vehicles are inspected regularly. And our drivers are CDL certified with full background checks, because we know you’re trusting us with more than just transportation—you’re trusting us with your celebration.
First, you tell us what you’re planning. The date, the group size, the pickup location in Woodsville, and where you’re headed. We’ll recommend the right vehicle based on how many people you have and what kind of experience you’re looking for. You’ll get a quote that includes everything—no tolls, taxes, or fees added later.
Once you book, we confirm your reservation and send you all the details. You’ll have a direct line to our dispatch team if anything changes. On the day of your event, your driver arrives at the scheduled time, does a walkthrough of the vehicle with you, and goes over the route. You’re in control of the music, the lighting, and any stops along the way.
During the trip, your driver handles traffic, parking, and navigation while you focus on your group. Need to add a stop? Want to adjust the route? Just let the driver know. At the end of the night, everyone gets home safely, and you’re done. No cleanup, no stress, no surprises on the bill.

Our party buses come equipped with genuine leather seating, surround sound systems, LED lighting you can control, and climate control that works. Some vehicles include flat screens, Bluetooth connectivity, and bar areas with coolers. These aren’t add-ons—they’re standard.
In Woodsville and throughout New Jersey, demand spikes during prom season (April through June) and wedding season (May through October). If you’re planning something during those months, book at least three weeks out. Weekend nights fill up fast, especially Saturdays. Weekday rentals and daytime events usually have more availability and sometimes better rates.
Pricing is straightforward. Most party bus rentals in the area run between $150 and $300 per hour depending on vehicle size and day of the week. We require a minimum rental period—usually three to four hours—because it takes time to coordinate logistics, especially for events with multiple stops. When you split the cost across your group, it’s often less per person than rideshares or multiple cabs, and infinitely more convenient.
For most events, two to three weeks is enough time to secure the vehicle you want. But if you’re planning around prom, a wedding, or a major holiday weekend, you’ll want to book earlier—sometimes six to eight weeks out.
Peak season in New Jersey runs from late spring through early fall. During that window, Saturdays book up first, especially for evening pickups. If your date is flexible, consider a Friday or Sunday. You’ll have better availability and sometimes better pricing.
If you’re booking last minute—like within a week—call us directly. We’ll tell you what’s available and work with your timeline if we can. But the earlier you book, the more options you’ll have in terms of vehicle size and pickup times.
The price you see when you book is what you pay. It includes the vehicle, the driver, standard tolls, and taxes. There are no booking fees, no fuel surcharges, and no surprise line items at the end of the night.
Gratuity for the driver is not included, and it’s customary to tip 15-20% based on service quality. If you want to make additional stops beyond what’s in your original itinerary, or if you extend your rental past the agreed time, those changes will be billed at the hourly rate. We’ll always confirm costs with you before making adjustments.
Some companies in the area advertise low rates and then add fees for everything—cleaning, mileage, waiting time. We don’t operate that way. What we quote is what you’ll pay, and if something changes, we’ll discuss it with you before it hits your bill.
Yes, you can bring your own beverages and snacks. Most of our vehicles have cooler space and cup holders. If you’re planning to bring alcohol, everyone on board must be 21 or older, and we’ll need to verify that before departure.
We ask that you avoid anything that’s going to create a mess—red wine, glitter, or overly sticky foods. If the vehicle requires extra cleaning after your rental, there may be a cleaning fee. But normal use—drinks, snacks, celebrating—is expected and fine.
You’re also welcome to decorate the interior with things like banners or balloons, as long as they don’t damage the vehicle or obstruct the driver’s view. Just nothing permanent, and nothing that’s going to leave residue. Tape, thumbtacks, and adhesives are a no. Removable decorations are fine.
If you realize mid-trip that you need more time, let the driver know as soon as possible. We’ll check availability and extend your rental at the hourly rate if the vehicle isn’t booked for another event immediately after yours.
If the bus is scheduled for another pickup, we can’t extend—but we’ll give you as much advance notice as possible so you can arrange alternate transportation if needed. That’s why we recommend booking a little more time than you think you’ll need, especially for events where timing is unpredictable.
If your event ends early and you’re done with the bus before your rental period is up, that’s fine—but we don’t prorate or refund unused time. You’re reserving the vehicle and driver for a set block, and that’s what you’re paying for, whether you use all of it or not.
Party buses typically range from 14 to 40 passengers depending on the vehicle. The number listed is the maximum legal capacity, but comfort matters. If the bus seats 20, you’ll be more comfortable with 16 or 17 people, especially if you want room to move around, dance, or store bags and coats.
When you’re deciding on size, think about your group realistically. Are people bringing dates? Will anyone drop out last minute? It’s better to have a little extra space than to be packed in tight for three hours.
We’ll ask about your group size when you book and recommend a vehicle based on your plans. If you’re doing a night out with multiple stops and people will be standing and moving around, we’ll suggest sizing up. If it’s a straightforward ride to a venue and back, you can go closer to capacity.
We provide party bus service throughout Woodsville, NJ and surrounding areas in New Jersey. Most of our trips stay within the state, but we can accommodate out-of-state requests depending on distance and availability.
If your event involves multiple stops—like a bar crawl or a tour of venues—we’ll map out the route in advance and confirm timing. Some areas have restrictions on where large vehicles can park or idle, so we’ll work with you to plan pickup and drop-off points that make sense.
For trips that go beyond a certain radius from our base, there may be a travel fee to account for deadhead time—that’s the time it takes to get the bus to you and back after your event. We’ll always disclose that upfront when you’re getting your quote, so there’s no confusion later.
