If you need to cancel, our cancellation policy depends on how much notice you give. More than 48 hours out, you’ll typically get a refund minus a processing fee. Less than 48 hours, you’re likely losing the deposit. Last-minute cancellations on peak dates like prom or New Year’s Eve usually forfeit the full payment—we’ve turned away other bookings to hold that bus for you.
Weather and emergencies are handled case by case. If there’s a legitimate safety concern, we’ll work with you. If you just changed your mind, that’s a cancellation. Be upfront with us, and we’ll be fair with you.
