Every party bus rental includes a professional CDL-certified chauffeur, fuel, standard tolls, and gratuity. The vehicle comes equipped with premium sound systems, LED lighting, climate control, comfortable leather seating, and entertainment features like Bluetooth connectivity and flat-screen TVs.
Pricing depends on the size of the bus and how long you need it. Smaller buses that fit 14-20 people typically start around $200-$250 per hour on weekdays, closer to $300 on weekends. Mid-size buses for 20-30 passengers run $300-$400 per hour. Larger buses that hold 30-45+ people start at $300-$350 per hour and go up from there.
Most rentals in the Battle Monument area run 4-6 hours depending on the event. A typical Saturday night bachelor party or birthday celebration might total $1,200-$1,800 when you factor in the full evening. Split among 20 people, that’s $60-$90 per person for the entire night of transportation.
Book early if your date matters. Weekends, prom season, and holidays fill up fast, sometimes 4-6 weeks out. Weekday events offer better availability and sometimes better rates.

Four to six weeks is the sweet spot, especially if you’re looking at a weekend or holiday. That gives you the best selection of vehicles and locks in better pricing.
If your event is during prom season, graduation weekend, or a major holiday like New Year’s Eve, push that to two months out. Those dates book solid, and waiting until the last minute usually means limited options or higher rates.
Weekday events have more flexibility. You can sometimes book a Tuesday or Wednesday night with just a week or two of lead time. But if you already know your date, there’s no advantage to waiting.
Your driver can adjust on the fly as long as it’s reasonable and doesn’t conflict with other bookings. Want to add a quick stop? Need to change the pickup order? Running 15 minutes behind? Just communicate it.
What we can’t do is extend your rental time without notice if we have another booking after yours. If you think you might need more time, mention it upfront or let us know early in the night so we can check availability.
Route changes are usually fine. If you decide halfway through the night that you’d rather hit a different venue, your driver will make it happen. The goal is to keep your night moving smoothly, not lock you into a rigid schedule.
Yes, you can bring your own beer, wine, and champagne on board. Most groups do. Just keep it contained and don’t make a mess that takes an hour to clean up.
Hard liquor is typically not allowed, and there are some liability reasons for that. Check when you book to confirm the specific policy for your rental.
Your driver won’t be drinking, obviously, and they’re not responsible for monitoring what you bring or consume. But they will step in if something gets out of hand or unsafe. You’re adults, and we treat you like adults.
The listed capacity is the maximum, but comfortable is a different number. A bus rated for 20 passengers will fit 20 people, but if you want room to move around and not feel packed in, plan for 15-17.
Smaller groups in a bigger bus is usually a better experience than maxing out capacity. You get more space to socialize, set down drinks, and actually enjoy the amenities instead of just fitting bodies in seats.
When you tell us your group size, we’ll recommend the right vehicle. If you’ve got 18 people and you’re on the fence between a 20-passenger and a 25-passenger bus, we’ll probably suggest going bigger. The price difference is usually minimal, and the comfort difference is noticeable.
We cover all of Battle Monument, downtown Trenton, and the surrounding Mercer County area. Most of our routes stay within New Jersey, but we regularly run trips to New York City, Atlantic City, and Philadelphia.
If your group is scattered across different towns for pickup, that’s fine. We’ll map out an efficient route that gets everyone on board without spending half the rental time just collecting people. Same thing for drop-offs at the end of the night.
Longer-distance trips are absolutely doable. We’ve done wine tours through Hunterdon County, casino nights in AC, concert runs to MetLife Stadium, and full nights out in Manhattan. As long as the timing works within your rental period, we’ll get you there.
What we quote is what you pay. The price includes the vehicle, the driver, fuel, standard tolls, and gratuity. There’s no surprise invoice at the end with random fees you didn’t know about.
The only thing that would change your total is if you extend your rental time beyond what you booked or if you add extra stops that weren’t in the original plan. Even then, we’ll tell you what that costs before we do it.
Some companies lowball the quote to get you on the phone, then hit you with fees for “fuel surcharge” or “cleaning” or “gratuity” after the fact. We don’t operate that way. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying before you commit to anything.
