Pricing typically runs $150 to $300 per hour depending on vehicle size and date. Peak season – April through June – sees higher rates due to prom and wedding demand, especially on weekends. We operate 24/7, so early pickups and late-night returns aren’t an issue.

We don’t add hidden fees or booking charges. The quote you get is the price you pay. If you need the bus for four hours on a Saturday night in May for a group of 30, we’ll tell you exactly what that costs upfront.
Most people book about 56 days out. If your event falls during prom season, graduation weekend, or a major holiday, book earlier – sometimes two to three months ahead.
Weekends fill up fast, especially in spring. If you’re planning a wedding in Hamilton Township or a bachelor party in Princeton during peak season, waiting until the last minute limits your options.
Weekday events and off-season dates have more flexibility. You might find availability a few weeks out, sometimes less. But if you know your date and group size, locking it in early means you get the vehicle you want and avoid scrambling later.

Some buses also have bars, coolers, and extra space for standing or moving around. We don’t provide alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own if everyone on board is of legal drinking age.

What we can’t do is extend your rental if another booking is scheduled immediately after yours. That’s why it helps to build a little buffer time into your original reservation. If you think you might need five hours instead of four, book the five. It’s easier to release time than to scramble for more when we’re already committed elsewhere.
