You’ve tried coordinating multiple rideshares for a night out. Someone’s app surges. Someone else’s driver cancels. Half your group is at the venue while the other half is still waiting on Mill Hill.
A party bus rental keeps everyone together. One vehicle, one pickup, one route. Your group arrives at the same time, leaves at the same time, and nobody’s stuck figuring out how to get home at 1 a.m.
The bus becomes part of the night. Leather seating, premium sound, LED lighting, climate control. You’re not just getting from point A to point B. You’re starting the celebration the moment the door closes.
And you’re doing it safely. Licensed chauffeurs handle the roads while you handle the playlist. No designated driver. No navigation stress. No parking nightmares near the CURE Insurance Arena or along South Broad Street.
We’ve been serving Downtown Trenton and the surrounding Mercer County area for years. We’re not new to this. We’ve handled prom nights in Ewing, bachelor parties in Princeton, wedding shuttles in Lawrence Township, and corporate events across the capital city.
Our chauffeurs know the area. They know which routes avoid backups near the Trenton Train Station. They know where venues actually want you to pull up. They know how to keep a schedule tight when you’ve got dinner reservations at 7 and an event at 9.
We’re licensed, insured, and transparent about what you’re paying. No hidden fees. No surprise charges. No surge pricing when the weather turns or demand spikes during prom season.
You reach out with your date, group size, and rough itinerary. We’ll quote you a flat rate based on hours and vehicle size. What you see is what you pay. Tolls and taxes included.
Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation with your chauffeur’s contact info. No mystery driver showing up. No waiting around wondering if someone’s actually coming.
Day of, your chauffeur arrives on time at your pickup location. You load up, settle in, and the night starts. Need to make a stop? Want to adjust the route? Your chauffeur’s there to accommodate as long as it fits within your booked time.
When the night’s over, you get dropped exactly where you need to be. No scrambling for a ride. No waiting in a parking lot. You’re home, and the night ends as smoothly as it started.

Our fleet handles groups from 14 passengers up to 45+. Luxury leather seating. Premium sound systems that connect to your phone. LED lighting you can adjust for the vibe. Flat-screen TVs. Climate control that actually works.
Every vehicle gets inspected monthly. Cleanliness isn’t negotiable. You’re not stepping into something that smells like last weekend’s party.
Our chauffeurs are commercially licensed and background-checked. They’re not just drivers—they’re professionals who show up in proper attire and treat your schedule with respect. They track timing, handle route adjustments, and keep things moving without you having to micromanage.
This matters in Downtown Trenton, especially during peak seasons. Prom season from April through June gets booked fast. Same with graduation parties and wedding season. The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market in spring and fall brings crowds. The Balloon Festival in July packs the calendar.
If you’re planning something during high-demand windows, book early. Three to six months out isn’t overkill. Last-minute availability exists, but your options shrink and rates can climb.
Pricing typically runs $150 to $350+ per hour depending on the day, time, and vehicle size. Weekday rentals—Sunday through Thursday—usually start around $200 per hour. Weekend rentals—Friday and Saturday—often start closer to $300 or more.
Rates also shift based on time of day. Reservations after 5 p.m. cost more than daytime bookings. Events running past midnight may include additional fees for early morning hours.
We quote flat rates that include tolls and taxes. No booking fees. No hidden charges. You’ll know the full cost upfront before you commit.
Yes, especially for prom season between April and June. Schools across Mercer County schedule proms during the same narrow window, and availability disappears fast.
Graduation parties, weddings, and major local events like the Balloon Festival or holiday season in November and December also create high demand. If your event falls during one of these periods, three to six months advance notice gives you better vehicle selection and locks in pricing.
Last-minute bookings are possible, but you’re rolling the dice on availability. And when availability is tight, rates go up.
Yes. That’s one of the main reasons people book a party bus instead of dealing with rideshares or multiple cars.
You might start with dinner in Hamilton, move to a venue in Downtown Trenton, and end the night at someone’s house in Ewing. Your chauffeur handles the routing. You just need to communicate the stops upfront so we can plan timing.
Keep in mind that your rental is based on hours, not miles. If you’re planning a lot of stops or a route that covers significant distance—like a trip out to Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton or Princeton—factor in travel time so you’re not rushing.
If you’re running over your booked time, let your chauffeur know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to extend your rental if the vehicle and driver are available.
Extensions are billed at the hourly rate, and availability isn’t guaranteed—especially on busy weekends when another group may have the vehicle booked after you. That’s why it’s smart to book a little extra time upfront if you think your event might run long.
If you’re planning something that could go late—like a bachelor party or a night out on South Broad Street—add an extra hour or two to your reservation. It’s easier to end early than scramble for more time at midnight.
You can bring food and drinks, including alcohol if everyone on board is 21+. Most groups do. That’s part of the appeal.
What you can’t do: smoke inside the vehicle, damage equipment, or create unsafe conditions for the driver or other passengers. Our chauffeurs have the authority to end the trip early if things get out of hand, and you’ll still be responsible for the full rental cost.
We’re not here to babysit, but we’re also not running a free-for-all. Treat the vehicle with basic respect, and you’ll have a great time. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets home safely and the night goes smoothly.
Yes. We cover the entire Mercer County area including Ewing, Lawrence Township, Hamilton, Hopewell, and Princeton. We also serve Atlantic, Ocean, Monmouth, Cape May, Burlington, Gloucester, and Middlesex counties.
If your event involves multiple towns—like a wedding shuttle between ceremony and reception venues, or a bachelor party bar crawl across Princeton and Trenton—we handle that routing regularly. Our chauffeurs know the local roads and fastest routes.
For trips outside our standard service area, reach out with your itinerary. We’ll let you know if it’s doable and what the pricing looks like. Most requests within Central New Jersey are no problem.
