The vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and taxes. The price we quote is what you pay. No booking fees, no service charges added at checkout, no surge pricing if weather turns bad or demand spikes.
You’re paying for the time you reserve the vehicle. If you book four hours, you get four hours. Need an extra hour? We can usually accommodate if you let us know in advance, and we’ll tell you exactly what that costs before you commit.
What’s not included: gratuity for your chauffeur (that’s your call based on service), and any damage to the vehicle beyond normal use. You’re responsible for your group’s behavior. If someone damages equipment or creates an excessive cleaning situation, that’s on you.
Yes, if everyone drinking is 21 or older. You’re responsible for verifying ages in your group. Our chauffeurs won’t serve alcohol or monitor consumption—that’s on you as the person who booked.
Bring your own beverages. We don’t provide alcohol. Most groups bring coolers. Just don’t make a mess, and clean up spills as they happen.
If your group includes minors (prom groups, sweet sixteens), no alcohol is permitted on the vehicle. We take that seriously. If a chauffeur sees underage drinking, the rental ends immediately with no refund. Not trying to be harsh—we’re just not risking our licenses or your safety on something that obvious.
Our vehicles go through monthly inspections specifically to prevent breakdowns. Regular maintenance catches problems before they strand you on the side of the road. Mechanical failures are rare, but if one happens, our dispatch team gets a replacement vehicle to you as quickly as possible.
If we can’t fulfill your reservation for any reason on our end—vehicle problem we can’t solve, chauffeur emergency, whatever—you get a full refund. We’re not going to keep your money for service we didn’t provide.
The “doesn’t show up” problem is more common with brokers who book your reservation then pass it to a subcontractor who may or may not honor it. We own our fleet. When you book with us, you’re getting our vehicle and our chauffeur. We have direct control over whether we show up, and our reputation depends on doing exactly that.
We’ve got vehicles for different group sizes. Smaller buses accommodate 14-20 passengers. Mid-size options handle 20-30. Larger party buses fit 30-45+. The right size depends on your actual headcount, not your maybe-they’ll-come list.
Legally, we can’t exceed the passenger capacity for each vehicle. If you book a 20-passenger bus and 25 people show up, five aren’t getting on. That’s a safety and licensing issue, not us being difficult.
Give us your realistic headcount when you book. If it changes, let us know as soon as possible. We can often switch you to a different vehicle if we have availability. Waiting until the day of your event makes that harder. Most groups book based on confirmed RSVPs, not invitations sent.
Yes. We cover Edgebrook and the surrounding New Jersey area including Princeton, Trenton, Hamilton, Ewing, Lawrence Township, and Hopewell. If your event involves multiple stops across different towns, that’s normal for us.
Routes outside our standard service area are possible depending on distance and timing. If you’re planning something that involves significant travel—say, starting in Edgebrook and ending in Philadelphia—just ask. We’ll tell you if we can accommodate it and what that costs.
