You’ll get a confirmation with your chauffeur’s contact info and the vehicle details. On the day of your event, the bus shows up at your pickup location—on time. Your chauffeur handles the route, the timing, and any traffic between stops. You bring your own drinks, your own playlist, your own decorations if you want them.
Most rentals run four to six hours. If you need more time, let us know upfront and we’ll adjust the rate accordingly. If your event runs over by 15 minutes, we’re not going to nickel-and-dime you. If it runs over by two hours, that’s a different conversation, but we’ll have it in real time, not after the fact.
At the end of the night, your chauffeur picks you up from the venue entrance and gets everyone home. You’re not hunting for the bus in a parking lot or waiting in the cold while someone else’s group finishes up.

Every rental includes a professionally licensed chauffeur with a clean driving record and background check. You’re not getting someone’s cousin with a CDL and a weekend side hustle.
The bus comes with climate control that actually works, a premium sound system you can connect to, LED lighting, flat-screen TVs, and seating for your full group. Smaller buses fit 14 to 20 passengers. Larger buses fit 25 to 45. If you’re not sure what size you need, we’ll walk through it with you based on your headcount and how much space you want.
You can bring your own alcohol, your own food, your own decorations. We’re not charging you a corking fee or a setup fee. Just clean up after yourselves and don’t damage the bus.
In Green Curve Heights and the surrounding Ewing Township area, most groups book us for weddings at local venues, bachelor and bachelorette parties heading into Trenton or Philadelphia, prom transportation for high schoolers, birthday celebrations, and casino trips to Atlantic City. We also handle corporate events, wine tours through Bucks County, and sporting events at MetLife Stadium or the Wells Fargo Center.
The pricing is straightforward. Smaller buses run $150 to $300 per hour. Larger buses run $350 to $500 per hour. Most events book a four-hour minimum. We’ll give you an exact quote based on your specific date, route, and group size, and that quote won’t change unless you change the details.
For most events, two to four weeks is enough. For peak season—May through November—you’ll want to book earlier, especially if your date falls on a Saturday or around prom season, graduation, or wedding season.
If you’re booking for a specific venue or a specific route, like a winery tour or a trip to Atlantic City, the earlier you book, the better your chances of getting the exact bus size you want. We’ve had people book six months out for weddings and we’ve had people book three days out for last-minute birthday parties.
The biggest issue isn’t availability as much as it is price. If you wait until the week before a major event, you’re competing with everyone else who waited, and prices go up. If you book early and your plans change, we’ll work with you on rescheduling as long as you’re not canceling the day before.
A broker takes your information, marks up the price, and sends your reservation to an actual bus company. You’re paying extra for someone to make a phone call on your behalf. You also have no idea who’s actually showing up until the day of the event.
When you book directly with us, you’re talking to the people who own and operate the buses. We’re not outsourcing your reservation to another company. We’re not adding a middleman fee. We’re not playing telephone with your pickup time or your route details.
If something changes the day of your event—your dinner reservation runs late, your group wants to add a stop, the venue entrance is blocked—you call us and we handle it immediately. You’re not calling a broker who then calls us. You’re calling the driver’s dispatch directly. That’s the difference, and it matters when you’re on a timeline.
Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. You can bring your own mixers, your own coolers, your own cups. We’re not charging you to bring your own drinks and we’re not marking up bottles.
The restriction is that everyone drinking needs to be 21 or older, and we’re checking IDs if there’s any question. If you’re booking for a prom group or a high school graduation party, no alcohol is allowed, period. If you’re booking for a mixed group—some over 21, some under—the people under 21 can’t drink, and the group needs to be responsible about that.
The chauffeur isn’t a babysitter and isn’t a bouncer. If your group gets out of hand, the chauffeur has the authority to end the trip early. That’s in the contract you sign when you book. It’s not a threat, it’s a liability issue. We’ve been doing this long enough to know when a group is having fun and when a group is creating a problem, and we’ll address it before it becomes one.
Our buses are maintained professionally and inspected regularly. Breakdowns are rare, but if something happens, we have backup vehicles and we’ll get you a replacement as fast as possible.
If we can’t get you a replacement in time, you’re getting a full refund and we’ll help you find another company to cover your event if there’s still time. That’s not a maybe, that’s a guarantee. We’re not keeping your deposit if we can’t deliver the service.
The bigger issue in this industry isn’t mechanical failure, it’s ghost operators who double-book buses or brokers who confirm a reservation without actually securing a vehicle. That’s why booking directly with a licensed operator matters. We’re not confirming your date unless we have a bus available. We’re not overbooking and hoping someone cancels. If we say we’ll be there, we’ll be there.

Most companies require a four to six hour minimum. If you only need the bus for two hours, you’re still paying for four. If you need eight hours, we’ll quote you for eight. If your event runs over by a few minutes, we’re not going to charge you for another full hour. If it runs over by 45 minutes, that’s a different conversation, but we’ll have it in real time so you know what you’re paying before the night ends.
The one thing that will change your price is if you change your route or add stops after you’ve already booked. If you booked for a round trip to a venue in Trenton and then decide you want to add a stop in Princeton, that’s more time and more mileage, and we’ll adjust the rate. But we’ll tell you what that adjustment is before we make the stop, not after.

If you’re going to Atlantic City, MetLife Stadium, or the Wells Fargo Center, we’ve done that route more times than we can count. If you’re going somewhere we haven’t been, we’ll figure it out and give you an accurate quote based on the distance and timing.
The chauffeurs know the local roads, the traffic patterns, and the best routes depending on the time of day. If there’s construction on Route 1 or an accident on I-95, they’re already rerouting before it becomes a problem.
