If you cancel, deposit refund policies depend on how much notice you give. Life happens, and we get that. If everyone on board is 21 or older, yes. New Jersey law allows passengers to consume alcohol in a hired vehicle like a party bus or limo as long as the driver isn’t drinking and everyone’s of legal age.
You’re responsible for bringing your own alcohol. We don’t provide it, and we don’t stock the bus with ice or coolers unless that’s arranged ahead of time. If you’re planning to drink, plan for trash. We charge cleaning fees if the bus comes back with spills, broken glass, or worse.
If your group includes anyone under 21—like a prom group or a sweet sixteen—no alcohol is allowed on board, period. Our drivers are trained to shut things down if that rule gets broken, and you’ll still owe the full payment even if the ride ends early. Keep it legal, keep it clean, and everyone has a better night.
