You’re not splitting your group across three cars. You’re not texting back and forth trying to coordinate arrivals. You’re not dealing with parking chaos at the venue or figuring out who’s sober enough to drive home.
Your entire group—10, 20, 40 people—travels together in one luxury party bus. Everyone arrives at the same time, in the same mood, ready to enjoy whatever you’ve planned. No stragglers. No stress.
The celebration starts the moment you step on board. Leather seating, LED lighting, sound system, climate control. Your chauffeur knows the roads in Mercer County and handles the route while you handle the playlist. When the night runs long, you’re not scrambling for rides or worrying about who’s getting home safely. You already planned for that.
We serve Mount Rose, Princeton, Trenton, Hamilton, Ewing, Lawrence Township, and the surrounding central New Jersey area. We’re local, licensed, and fully insured.
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and background-checked. Our fleet is maintained to showroom condition because breakdowns and delays aren’t acceptable when you’ve got 30 people counting on you. We don’t charge booking fees or surprise you with hidden costs after the fact.
Mount Rose sits in Hopewell Township—a quiet, family-oriented community where people value reliability and professionalism. We get that. You’re not looking for gimmicks. You’re looking for a company that shows up on time, does the job right, and doesn’t create problems you didn’t have before you called.
You tell us your date, your group size, and where you’re going. We recommend the right bus—something that fits your headcount comfortably without cramming people in or leaving you with wasted space. Smaller buses handle 14-20 passengers. Larger ones go up to 45+.
We give you transparent pricing upfront. All-inclusive rate covers the chauffeur, the bus, tolls, taxes, and gratuity. No surprises later.
On the day of your event, your chauffeur arrives on time at your pickup location. You load up, bring your own drinks and snacks if you want, and we handle the rest. Your chauffeur manages the route, the timing, and any adjustments if plans change. You get real-time support if you need it—our customer service is available around the clock.
When your event wraps up, everyone boards again and gets home safely. If you need to extend the rental because the night’s running long, we work with you on availability and hourly rates. Simple as that.
Ready to get started?
Spacious leather seating that doesn’t feel like a school bus. LED lighting systems you can adjust based on the vibe. Bluetooth-connected sound system so you control the music. Flat-screen TVs. Climate control that works. Wet bars and coolers stocked with ice. Enough floor space to move around or dance if that’s your thing.
New Jersey sees strong wedding demand, especially in fall when the foliage turns and the weather cooperates. That’s peak season here. If you’re planning a wedding shuttle, bachelor or bachelorette party, prom send-off, or casino trip to Atlantic City, book early. Availability tightens up fast during September and October.
Central New Jersey’s demographic skews toward educated, professional families who expect quality and follow-through. You’re not interested in the cheapest option—you’re interested in the one that won’t let you down. Our buses are late-model, maintained weekly, and detailed before every rental. Our chauffeurs know the back roads and the shortcuts when Route 1 or I-95 backs up.
You’re paying for reliability, cleanliness, and professionalism. That’s what you get.
Smaller buses that fit 14-20 passengers typically run $200-300 per hour. Larger buses that handle 25-45+ passengers range from $350-500 per hour depending on the specific vehicle and amenities.
Our pricing is all-inclusive. That means your rate covers the professional chauffeur, the luxury party bus rental, all tolls, taxes, and gratuity. You won’t get hit with surprise fees after the fact. We don’t charge booking fees upfront either—you pay when you use the service.
Most rentals have a minimum hour requirement, usually three to four hours depending on the event type and day of the week. If you need to extend your rental because your event runs longer than expected, we charge by the hour based on driver availability. It’s straightforward. You know what you’re paying before you commit.
You get the bus, the chauffeur, and the amenities that come standard with that specific vehicle. Most of our party buses include leather seating, LED lighting you can control, a Bluetooth-connected sound system, flat-screen TVs, climate control, wet bars, and coolers with ice.
You’re welcome to bring your own drinks, snacks, and decorations to personalize the experience. We provide cups and basic party supplies. Your chauffeur handles the driving, the route, the timing, and any adjustments if your plans shift mid-event.
All tolls, taxes, and gratuity are included in your quoted rate. You’re not nickel-and-dimed later. If you have specific requests—custom pickup locations, multiple stops, special routing—talk to us when you book. We build that into the plan upfront so there’s no confusion on the day of your event.
For peak season events—weddings in September and October, prom in May and June, New Year’s Eve—book at least two to three months out. Availability disappears fast during those windows, especially for larger buses that seat 30+ passengers.
For off-peak dates or weekday events, you can often book with a few weeks’ notice. But if you’re planning something specific and you know your date, don’t wait. The earlier you book, the more options you have for vehicle selection and timing.
If you’re in a bind and need something last-minute, call us anyway. We’ll tell you honestly what’s available. Sometimes we have cancellations or gaps in the schedule that work out. But counting on last-minute availability during busy season is a gamble you don’t want to take when you’ve got 40 people depending on transportation.
Yes. Every chauffeur holds the appropriate commercial driver’s license required by New Jersey state law. They complete comprehensive background checks before they’re hired, and they go through professional training on customer service, safety protocols, and route planning.
Our chauffeurs know the roads in Mercer County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, and Ocean County. They understand how to navigate around traffic on Route 1, I-95, and the Turnpike. They know the casino routes to Atlantic City and the back roads to wedding venues in Princeton and Hopewell Township.
We carry full commercial insurance coverage that exceeds New Jersey state requirements. Our vehicles go through regular safety and maintenance inspections. This isn’t a side hustle—it’s a licensed, insured transportation business. You’re not getting into a vehicle with someone who just decided to rent out a bus on the weekends.
Yes, as long as everyone on board is 21 or older. You’re welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and liquor. We provide coolers with ice, cups, and a wet bar area for mixing drinks.
If your group includes passengers under 21—like a prom group or a sweet sixteen party—no alcohol is allowed on the bus. That’s non-negotiable. Our chauffeurs are trained to enforce that policy because our license and your safety depend on it.
You’re responsible for your group’s behavior. If someone gets sick or damages the vehicle, there are cleaning and repair fees. We’re not trying to be the fun police, but we also can’t have situations that put the driver or other passengers at risk. Most groups handle themselves just fine. Just use common sense and everyone has a good time.
If your event is running long and you want to extend the rental, let your chauffeur know. We charge by the hour for additional time, and it’s subject to the driver’s availability and schedule. If they have another booking right after yours, an extension might not be possible.
That’s why we recommend booking slightly more time than you think you’ll need. If you’re planning a wedding and the ceremony starts at 5 p.m., don’t book the bus until 10 p.m. and hope everything stays on schedule. Build in buffer time for delays, photos, cocktail hour running long, or guests who linger.
If you end early, you’ve already paid for the time, so there’s no refund for unused hours. But you also won’t feel rushed or stressed trying to wrap things up early because the bus is leaving. Most people would rather have the extra hour and not need it than need it and not have it.
