When you book a party bus in North 25, you’re solving multiple problems at once. Nobody’s stuck being the sober one. Nobody’s circling downtown looking for parking. Nobody’s splitting up into three separate Ubers and hoping everyone makes it to the same place.
Your group stays together from pickup to dropoff. The music’s already playing. The lights are on. And you’re not dealing with surge pricing or watching some app tell you your ride is “2 minutes away” for the next 20 minutes.
This is what group transportation should be: straightforward, reliable, and built for the way people actually celebrate. You show up ready to go. We handle the rest.
We operate across North Jersey with a fleet designed for groups between 14 and 40 passengers. Our drivers are licensed, background-checked, and trained to navigate North 25 and surrounding areas without needing GPS for every turn.
We’re not brokers. We own our buses, maintain them in-house, and answer our phones when you call. That means when you book with us, you’re talking to the people who actually show up on the day of your event.
North 25 has its own traffic patterns, especially on weekends when everyone’s heading to the same handful of spots. Our drivers know which routes to avoid and when to leave early to account for delays you didn’t even think about.
You call or submit a request online with your date, group size, and pickup location in North 25. We confirm availability and give you a flat-rate quote based on hours and bus size. No hidden fees, no surprises when the night’s over.
Once you book, we assign a driver and a specific bus from our fleet. You’ll get pickup details a few days before your event. On the day of, your driver arrives at the agreed time and location—not an hour late, not with a bus that doesn’t match what you reserved.
During your rental, the driver handles navigation, timing, and any route adjustments. You control the music via Bluetooth, use the lighting however you want, and keep your group together. At the end of the night, everyone gets dropped back safely.
If plans change or you need to add a stop, you communicate directly with your driver or our dispatch. We don’t make you go through three people to get a simple answer.

Our party buses come with leather seating, LED lighting, Bluetooth-connected sound systems, and climate control. Depending on the bus size, you’ll also get flat-screen TVs, bar areas, and enough space for your group to move around comfortably.
In North 25, most groups book for bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, or nights out in nearby cities. The average rental runs four to six hours, which gives you time to hit multiple stops without watching the clock every 20 minutes.
We stock the bus with ice and cups. You bring your own drinks. Our drivers don’t care what you’re celebrating or how loud you get, as long as everyone stays safe and respectful of the vehicle.
Pricing is based on bus size and rental duration, not per person. A 20-passenger bus for five hours costs the same whether you have 15 people or 20. Split that cost across your group and you’re often paying less per person than you would for rideshares or multiple cabs throughout the night.
For weekends, holidays, or prom season, book at least four to six weeks out. Those dates fill up fast, especially in spring and summer when everyone’s planning events.
If your date is flexible or you’re booking for a weekday, you can sometimes get availability with less notice. But if you’re set on a specific Saturday night in May or June, don’t wait until two weeks before and expect full availability.
We recommend calling as soon as you have a date locked in. Even if you’re still finalizing details, securing the bus early means you’re not scrambling or settling for a company you don’t trust because it’s the only option left.
The hourly rate covers the bus, the driver, fuel, and standard amenities like sound systems, lighting, and climate control. It also includes ice and cups. You’re responsible for bringing your own drinks and any decorations you want inside the bus.
Most companies, including us, have a minimum rental period—usually three to five hours depending on the day and time of year. That minimum exists because it’s not practical to send a bus and driver out for just an hour or two.
If you go over your booked time, additional hours are prorated at the same hourly rate. We don’t hit you with surge pricing or double the cost because you’re running 30 minutes late. The rate you agree to upfront is what you pay.
Yes. Most groups book party buses specifically because they want to hit multiple locations without dealing with parking or coordinating separate rides. Your driver will take you wherever you need to go within the agreed service area.
Just keep in mind that your rental time includes all driving, waiting, and stops. If you’re booked for five hours and spend 90 minutes at a restaurant, that’s 90 minutes of your total time. Plan your stops accordingly so you’re not rushing at the end of the night.
If you want to add a stop that wasn’t in the original plan, just let the driver know. As long as it’s within the rental window and service area, it’s not a problem. We’re here to make your night work, not stick to some rigid itinerary that doesn’t make sense once you’re actually out.
Yes. Our drivers work this area regularly and know the roads, traffic patterns, and common destinations without needing turn-by-turn directions for every trip. That matters more than you’d think, especially on busy weekend nights when traffic gets unpredictable.
They also know where to park, where to wait, and how to navigate pickup and dropoff at venues that aren’t always easy to access with a large vehicle. You’re not going to end up three blocks away from the entrance because the driver doesn’t know the area.
If you’re heading outside North 25—into New York City, Philadelphia, or other parts of North Jersey—our drivers handle that too. We operate across the region, so you’re not limited to staying local if your plans take you elsewhere.
Our buses are maintained in-house and inspected regularly, so breakdowns are rare. But if something does happen, we have backup vehicles and drivers available. You’re not getting left stranded or scrambling to find alternative transportation at the last minute.
If a bus doesn’t show up or shows up late without communication, that’s a red flag with any company. We confirm all details a few days before your event and stay in contact on the day of. If there’s a delay—traffic, weather, whatever—you’ll know about it before you’re standing outside waiting.
This is one reason to avoid brokers who don’t own their own fleet. If they’re just connecting you with a third-party operator, they have no control over what actually shows up. We own our buses, employ our drivers, and take responsibility when something goes wrong.
Pricing depends on the size of the bus and how long you need it. Smaller buses that fit 14 to 20 passengers typically start around $200 per hour. Larger buses that hold 30 to 40 passengers run closer to $400 to $500 per hour.
Most rentals require a minimum of three to five hours, so you’re looking at anywhere from $600 on the low end to $2,000 or more for a full night with a large bus. That might sound like a lot until you split it across your group—20 people splitting $1,000 is $50 each, which is often less than everyone paying for their own rideshares throughout the night.
We give you a flat-rate quote upfront based on your specific needs. No surge pricing, no surprise fees when the trip is over. The rate we agree on is what you pay, and you’ll have that in writing before you book.
