If anyone in your group is underage, alcohol isn’t permitted onboard at all. We take that seriously because our chauffeur’s license and our insurance depend on compliance.
You’re also responsible for cleanup. If the vehicle requires extra detailing after your rental due to spills or damage, that cost gets billed separately. Most groups don’t have issues, but it’s worth mentioning upfront so everyone knows the expectation.
If you need to extend your rental beyond the original end time, let your driver know as soon as possible. We’ll add extra hours at the same hourly rate if the vehicle and driver are available. If we have another booking immediately after yours, extension isn’t possible, so planning your timeline with a little buffer is smart.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, our policy depends on how far in advance you notify us. Cancellations made more than two weeks before your event typically receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within two weeks may forfeit part or all of the deposit depending on whether we can rebook that time slot.
For changes to pickup time, route, or passenger count, just contact us before the event day. We can adjust most details up until 48 hours prior. Day-of changes are harder to accommodate, especially if they involve switching to a larger vehicle, but we’ll do what we can to make it work.

Longer trips to Atlantic City, Philadelphia, New York City, or the Jersey Shore are available but will include additional mileage fees beyond the standard hourly rate. For example, a round trip to Atlantic City from North Trenton is roughly 120 miles, so that would add a mileage charge on top of your hourly rental.
