What’s not included: gratuity for your chauffeur (typically 15-20%), any additional stops beyond what you discussed during booking, and extended time if you run over your scheduled window. If you want to add stops or extend your rental during the event, let the chauffeur know, but expect additional charges.
We don’t do hidden fees or surprise charges. The price we quote is what you pay unless you change the scope of service. You’ll get everything in writing before you book so there’s no confusion on event day.
Yes. Every chauffeur carries a commercial driver’s license, has passed a background check, and is covered under our commercial insurance policy. This isn’t someone’s side hustle with a regular driver’s license.
Our insurance covers the vehicle, passengers, and liability. You’re not riding in someone’s personal vehicle with questionable coverage. We maintain the licensing and insurance requirements that New Jersey requires for commercial passenger transportation.
We also run ongoing training beyond the initial licensing requirements. Defensive driving, customer service standards, and route planning are part of that. You’re getting a professional driver, not just someone who owns a large vehicle.
Yes, passengers 21 and over can bring and consume alcohol onboard in New Jersey. The chauffeur will not drink, obviously, and you’re responsible for ensuring minors don’t consume alcohol.
You’ll need to bring your own beverages. We don’t provide alcohol, and we’re not a liquor store on wheels. Bring coolers if needed. Most groups stock up before the pickup or have someone coordinate that ahead of time.
Keep it reasonable. If passengers become overly intoxicated to the point where safety becomes a concern, the chauffeur has the authority to end the trip. That’s rare, but it’s a safety issue we won’t compromise on. Most groups celebrate responsibly and have a great time without any problems.
Contact us as soon as you know plans are changing. If you’re running late, call or text your chauffeur directly. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate reasonable adjustments.
If you need to extend your rental time, let the chauffeur know before your scheduled end time. We’ll charge for the additional hours at the agreed rate, but we need to confirm the vehicle doesn’t have another booking immediately after yours. Last-minute extensions aren’t always possible during busy seasons.
For cancellations, our policy depends on how far out you cancel. The earlier you cancel, the better. We’ll walk you through the specifics when you book, but generally, cancellations close to the event date result in partial or full charges because we’ve held that vehicle and turned away other bookings.
Yes. We cover the entire Mercer County area including Ewing Township, Lawrence Township, Hopewell, Princeton, and surrounding communities. If your celebration involves venues in multiple towns, that’s normal for us.
Most party bus rentals involve some travel. You might be getting picked up in Pennington, heading to dinner in Princeton, then to a venue in Trenton. We plan routes that make sense and keep your group on schedule.
