The party starts the moment everyone steps on board. You’re not just getting from point A to point B—you’re getting leather seating, LED lighting, a sound system that actually works, climate control, and enough space for your entire group to move around.
No one’s crammed in the back of someone’s sedan. No one’s getting left behind because there wasn’t enough room. No one’s texting the group chat asking where to park or which entrance to use.
Your chauffeur knows the routes, handles the timing, and gets everyone there safely. You’re free to celebrate, take photos, pour drinks from the wet bar, and not think about traffic or parking fees. When the night runs long, you’re not scrambling to figure out rides. You’re already in one.
We’ve been handling group transportation across New Jersey for years. We’re not a startup with two vans and a website. We’re a fully licensed, insured, and DOT-compliant company with a maintained fleet and experienced drivers who’ve seen it all.
We serve Quaker Gardens and the surrounding Hamilton Township area because we know the roads, the venues, and the timing. Our chauffeurs aren’t just drivers—they’re professionals who understand that your event matters, and they treat it that way.
You’re not getting a side hustle. You’re getting a company that’s passed DOT audits, maintains every vehicle to standard, and answers the phone when you call.
You call or text us with your date, group size, and event type. We’ll recommend a vehicle that fits your needs—whether that’s 14 passengers or 40—and give you a clear price that includes the chauffeur, tolls, and taxes. No surprises later.
Once you’re booked, we confirm your pickup time and location. On the day of your event, your chauffeur arrives early, helps everyone board, and handles the route. You control the music, the lighting, and the vibe inside.
If plans change or you need to add a stop, you let us know. If the night’s running longer than expected, we’ll work with you on extending the time. When it’s over, everyone gets home safely, and you’re not dealing with parking tickets, towing fees, or anyone who shouldn’t be behind the wheel.
Ready to get started?
Every party bus in our fleet comes with premium sound systems, Bluetooth connectivity, LED mood lighting, flat-screen TVs, tinted windows, and a wet bar setup. The seating is leather, the climate control works, and there’s actual room to stand and move around.
Your chauffeur is licensed, background-checked, and trained on hospitality and safety standards. The vehicle is inspected, insured, and maintained on a regular schedule. You’re not riding in something that barely passed inspection last year.
In Quaker Gardens and the surrounding Mercer County area, you’re close to Philadelphia, Atlantic City, and New York. That means casino trips, wedding venues, corporate events, and nightlife—all within range. We handle the route planning, the timing, and the logistics so you don’t have to. You’re paying for transportation, but you’re getting a mobile venue where the celebration actually happens.
Party bus rental pricing depends on the size of the vehicle, how many hours you need, and what day of the week you’re booking. Most rentals in New Jersey run between $150 and $300 per hour. That price includes your professional chauffeur, the vehicle, tolls, and taxes.
We don’t charge booking fees upfront, and we don’t hit you with surprise costs at the end of the night. You’ll get a clear quote before you commit. If you’re splitting the cost among your group, it usually ends up being less per person than rideshares or multiple cars—especially when you factor in parking and the fact that no one has to stay sober to drive.
Weekend nights, prom season, and wedding season book up fast. If you’re planning something during those times, call earlier rather than later. We’ll work with your budget and your schedule, but we can’t add vehicles that are already out.
If you’ve got 14 people or fewer, a sprinter-style party bus works. For groups between 15 and 25, you’ll want a mid-size bus. If you’re bringing 30 to 40 people—like a wedding party or corporate outing—you’ll need one of the larger coaches.
Here’s the thing: don’t try to cram 25 people into a 20-passenger bus just to save money. You want space to move, dance, and actually enjoy the ride. Tight quarters kill the vibe, and someone’s going to be uncomfortable the whole time.
When you call us, tell us your actual headcount. We’ll recommend the right vehicle. If you’re not sure yet, give us a range and we’ll hold an option that works. You can always adjust as your guest list firms up, but it’s easier to size up than to realize the night before that half your group won’t fit.
Yes, as long as everyone on board is 21 or older. The bus comes with a wet bar setup, and you’re welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or liquor. We don’t provide the alcohol, but we provide the space and the ice.
Your chauffeur won’t be drinking, obviously. And if someone in your group is underage, we can’t allow any alcohol on the bus at all—that’s a legal issue we don’t mess with. If you’re booking for prom or a Sweet 16, it’s a dry ride.
You’re responsible for your group. If someone’s getting out of hand or making the ride unsafe, your chauffeur has the authority to make decisions that keep everyone protected. Most groups are just there to have fun, and that’s exactly what happens. Just keep it reasonable and everyone has a great time.
Two to three weeks is usually enough for most dates. If you’re booking during prom season, wedding season, or around a major holiday, you’ll want to call a month or more ahead. Popular Saturdays disappear fast.
If your event is last-minute, call anyway. We might have availability, especially on weeknights or Sunday afternoons. But if you’re set on a specific vehicle or a specific time window, earlier is always better.
Once you book, your date is locked. We’re not going to bump you for someone else or double-book the vehicle. You’ll get a confirmation, and we’ll follow up as your event gets closer to make sure all the details are still accurate. If something changes on your end, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you.
We get it—celebrations run long. If you need to extend your time, let your chauffeur know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Extensions are billed hourly, and as long as the bus isn’t booked for another event right after yours, it’s usually not a problem.
The key is communication. If you’re an hour into a four-hour rental and you already know you’ll want more time, say something early. That gives us the chance to adjust the schedule and confirm availability. Waiting until the last minute makes it harder, especially on busy nights.
We’re not going to kick you out the second your time is up, but we also can’t hold the vehicle indefinitely if there’s another client waiting. Most people book a little extra time upfront just to avoid the stress. If you’re not sure how long you’ll need, talk to us when you’re booking and we’ll help you estimate based on your itinerary.
Every chauffeur on our team is fully licensed, background-checked, and trained on both DOT standards and customer service. We don’t hire drivers who just passed the test last week. Our team has years of experience handling group transportation, casino runs, weddings, and corporate events across New Jersey.
We’ve been through multiple DOT audits and FMCSA inspections, and we’ve passed with satisfactory ratings. Our drivers go through routine drug and alcohol screening, and we check their Motor Vehicle Commission records before they ever get behind the wheel for us. This isn’t a side gig—it’s their profession.
You’re not getting someone who’s going to show up late, get lost, or treat your event like an inconvenience. You’re getting a professional who knows the roads, understands timing, and respects the fact that your celebration matters. That’s the standard, and we don’t drop it.
