You’re not coordinating five different cars or wondering if someone’s going to get lost on the way to the venue. Everyone’s in one place, the music’s already going, and you’re rolling up together like you planned it.
No one’s the designated driver. No one’s stressing about parking downtown or trying to figure out who’s riding with who. You’ve got a professional behind the wheel who knows the routes, plans for traffic, and gets you there without the chaos.
The rate you see upfront is what you pay. No surge pricing when you’re done, no hidden fees that show up later. Split the cost among your group and you’re looking at around $17 per person per hour for a luxury ride with LED lighting, premium sound, and enough space to actually move around. That’s less than most people spend on rideshares for a night out, and you’re getting an experience that makes the event better before you even arrive.
We operate under full DOT compliance and hold every license required by New Jersey and federal transportation authorities. Our chauffeurs go through background checks, drug screening, medical certification, and customer service training before they ever pick up a client.
We’re members of the Better Business Bureau and the Limo Association of New Jersey. We maintain our fleet with monthly inspections covering brakes, suspension, HVAC, tires, and onboard systems. When you book with us, you’re getting a company that’s accountable to regulatory bodies and industry standards, not just a guy with a bus.
Weber Park sits in Union Township, part of Union County where events run year-round—proms at local high schools, weddings at venues throughout the area, corporate gatherings, milestone birthdays. We’ve handled them all, and we know what it takes to make group transportation work without adding stress to your day.
You reach out with your date, pickup location in or near Weber Park, and the size of your group. We’ll tell you what’s available, what it costs per hour, and what’s included. No runaround, no pressure—just the information you need to decide.
Once you book, you get a text confirmation with your driver’s contact info and pickup time. Your chauffeur arrives early, checks the vehicle, and is ready to roll when you are. You’re not waiting around wondering if someone’s coming.
During the ride, your driver handles navigation, traffic, and timing. You control the music, the vibe, and how the night unfolds. If plans change or you need to adjust the route, you’ve got direct contact with the person driving. At the end of the rental, you’re dropped off where you need to be, and that’s it—no surprise charges, no hassle.

Our limo buses come with premium sound systems, LED lighting, climate control, and seating configurations that let groups of 10 to 30+ ride comfortably. Some buses include dance floors. All of them are cleaned and inspected before every rental.
You get a licensed, professional chauffeur who’s been screened, trained, and cleared to operate commercially in New Jersey. They know Union County roads, traffic patterns around Weber Park and Union Township, and how to navigate events when timing matters. They’re not learning on your dime.
Pricing is straightforward. Hourly rates depend on bus size and day of the week—weekends cost more, weekdays offer better rates. You’ll know the total cost before you book, and we don’t tack on fees after the fact. If you’re celebrating a birthday, heading to prom, or organizing a bachelor or bachelorette party in the Union County area, you’re getting a vehicle that’s insured, compliant, and ready to handle your group safely.
Three to four weeks is the standard recommendation, especially if you’re booking for a weekend, prom season, or a wedding. Popular dates fill up fast in Union County, and waiting until the last minute usually means fewer options or higher rates.
If you’re planning something on a weekday or during a slower season, you might find availability with less notice. But if your event is locked in and the date matters, book early. You’ll have more buses to choose from, better pricing, and one less thing to worry about as the event gets closer.
We’ve had clients book months in advance for major events, and we’ve also accommodated last-minute requests when availability allowed. The earlier you reach out, the better we can match you with the right vehicle and lock in your rate.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the licensed chauffeur, fuel, and standard amenities like sound systems, LED lighting, and climate control. You’re paying for the time the bus is actively rented to you, and that includes drive time to and from your locations.
What’s not included: gratuity for the driver, any stops that add significant time beyond the original booking, or damages to the vehicle. If you want to bring alcohol for adults over 21, that’s allowed, but you’re responsible for supplying it. We don’t provide it, and no alcohol is permitted if anyone under 21 is on board.
Some companies charge extra for things like decorations, specific routes, or “premium” buses. We’re upfront about what costs what. If there’s an added fee, we’ll tell you before you book so there’s no confusion when the night’s over.
Yes, if everyone on board is 21 or older. You can bring your own beer, wine, or liquor, and you’re free to drink during the ride. The chauffeur is there to drive—you’re there to celebrate.
If there’s anyone under 21 in your group, no alcohol is allowed on the bus, period. That’s a hard rule we don’t bend on, and it’s tied to our licensing and insurance. If someone tries to bring it on anyway or we find out mid-ride, the rental ends immediately.
We also don’t allow illegal drugs, fighting, or any behavior that puts the driver or other passengers at risk. Most groups have zero issues, but we’re clear on the boundaries upfront so everyone knows what’s expected. You’re renting a licensed commercial vehicle, not a free-for-all.
Hourly rates typically range from $200 to $500 depending on the size of the bus, the day of the week, and how long you’re renting it. Smaller buses that hold 10 to 15 people start around $200 per hour. Mid-sized buses for 20 to 25 passengers run between $300 and $400 per hour. Larger buses that fit 30+ can go up to $500 per hour.
Weekends cost more than weekdays. If you’re flexible and can book a Monday through Thursday rental, you’ll save money. Most rentals require a minimum of three to four hours, so factor that into your budget.
When you split the cost across your group, it’s usually cheaper than everyone paying for their own rideshares or dealing with parking and gas. A $300-per-hour bus with 20 people comes out to $15 per person per hour. That’s affordable for what you’re getting—professional transportation, luxury amenities, and a way better experience than cramming into sedans.
With us, your driver arrives early and confirms arrival via text. You’ll have their direct contact info before pickup, so if anything changes, you know immediately. We don’t do surprises.
If a legitimate issue comes up—weather, an accident, something beyond anyone’s control—we communicate it as soon as we know and work out a solution. That might mean dispatching a backup vehicle, adjusting timing, or crediting your account. We’ve been doing this long enough to have contingency plans.
The companies you need to worry about are the ones with no licensing, no insurance, and no accountability. They’re cheaper upfront because they’re cutting corners everywhere else. When they don’t show up or the bus breaks down, you’ve got no recourse. We’re a DOT-compliant, fully insured company with a reputation to protect. If we say we’ll be there, we’ll be there.
Ours are. We exceed all NJDOT and USDOT federal regulations, and every driver holds the proper state-issued commercial licenses. They’ve been background-checked, drug tested, medically certified, and trained in both safe driving and customer service.
Our buses go through monthly inspections covering brake systems, suspension, tires, heating and cooling, and onboard computer systems. We track maintenance digitally so nothing gets missed. If a bus isn’t road-ready, it doesn’t go out.
Not every party bus company operates this way. Some are running vehicles that aren’t commercially insured or drivers who aren’t properly licensed. That’s a risk you’re taking on if something goes wrong. We’re members of the Better Business Bureau and the Limo Association of New Jersey because we’re held to standards and we meet them. When you’re putting your group in a vehicle for hours, that accountability matters.
