Your flight’s at 6 AM. You need to leave Briar Manor by 3:30 to make Newark on time, earlier if you’re headed to JFK or LaGuardia. That’s the math you’re doing in your head while packing, and it’s stressful.
Here’s what changes when you book ahead. You get a fixed rate upfront—tolls and taxes included. No surge pricing when demand spikes. Your driver gets your flight details, tracks it automatically, and adjusts if you’re delayed. You’re not paying extra for sitting on the tarmac.
The car shows up on time. The driver knows which terminal, which door, and how to navigate airport pickup zones that confuse even frequent travelers. You’re not dragging luggage across a parking deck or standing in a rideshare line wondering if your driver’s actually coming.
You get dropped at your terminal. You walk in. That’s it.
When you land, your driver’s already tracking your arrival. If your flight’s early or late, they adjust. You’re not texting updates or worrying about getting charged for delays you can’t control.
Jersey Airport Car And Limo has been providing airport transportation throughout New Jersey for years. We’re not new to this, and we’re not figuring it out as we go.
Our drivers are commercially licensed, background-checked, and trained on airport logistics. They know the difference between Terminal A and Terminal C at Newark. They know LaGuardia’s pickup procedures change depending on which airline you’re flying. They plan routes around Hamilton Township traffic patterns during morning and evening commutes.
Briar Manor sits right between New York and Philadelphia, which means you’ve got options—Newark’s 45 minutes north, JFK and LaGuardia are about 90 minutes depending on traffic, and Philadelphia International is roughly an hour southwest. We cover all of them. We also handle Trenton-Mercer for regional flights.
You’re not getting someone’s side hustle. You’re getting a professional car service that shows up when scheduled and gets you there on time.
You book online or call us at least 24 hours before your flight. We ask for your pickup address in Briar Manor, your flight details, and how many passengers. If you need a larger vehicle for family or extra luggage space, we’ll match you with an SUV or executive van.
You’ll get a confirmation with your driver’s contact information. The night before or morning of, you’ll receive a text confirming your pickup time. Your driver will arrive at your door—not down the street, not in some general area—at your actual address.
During the ride, your driver monitors your flight. If something changes, they adjust. You’re not managing this from the backseat.
For return trips, the process works the same way in reverse. Your driver tracks your landing time and positions themselves at your terminal. You walk out, get in, and head home. If your flight’s delayed three hours, they’re not charging you extra or leaving.
If you need to make a stop—picking up a colleague at a hotel or swinging by an office—just mention it when you book. We’ll plan the route accordingly.
Ready to get started?
Your rate includes the vehicle, the driver, tolls, taxes, and fuel. You’re not getting nickel-and-dimed with add-ons. If you’re going to Newark during rush hour and the tolls are higher, that’s already factored in.
Flight tracking is automatic. Your driver has your flight number and monitors it through their dispatch system. If you’re delayed, they adjust their arrival time. If you land early, they’re notified. This isn’t an extra service—it’s standard.
You get a clean, inspected vehicle. Every car gets checked before pickup. If you’re traveling for business, you’re not showing up to a meeting in a car that smells like the previous passenger’s lunch.
Luggage assistance is included. Your driver helps load and unload bags. If you’re traveling with family and have multiple suitcases, car seats, or oversized items, let us know when booking so we can send the right vehicle.
Hamilton Township’s location gives you access to multiple airports, but it also means you’re dealing with Turnpike traffic, Route 295 congestion, and airport-specific delays depending on time of day. Your driver knows this. They plan buffer time into the route, especially for JFK and LaGuardia trips where traffic is less predictable than Newark.
If you’re flying out of Philadelphia, your driver takes I-295 South to avoid Trenton congestion during commuter hours. For Newark, they’ll use the Turnpike or Route 1 depending on real-time conditions. You’re not sitting in avoidable traffic because someone picked the wrong route.
Book at least 24 hours before your pickup time. That gives us time to assign a driver, confirm your vehicle type, and lock in your rate.
Same-day requests sometimes work if we have availability, but you’re taking a chance. If you’ve got a 6 AM flight and you’re calling at 4 AM hoping someone’s free, that’s not a plan. Book ahead and you won’t have to worry about it.
For holiday travel or peak times—Thanksgiving week, Christmas, summer vacation season—book even earlier. Everyone’s flying, and availability gets tight. A week or two in advance is smart if your dates are set.
Your driver tracks your flight automatically. If your inbound flight’s delayed two hours, they adjust their arrival time at the airport. You’re not paying extra for delays outside your control.
If you miss a connection and get rebooked on a later flight, contact us with your updated flight information. We’ll adjust the pickup time. As long as we get reasonable notice, there’s no extra charge for changes caused by airline issues.
If you decide to cancel after your driver’s already en route to the airport, that’s different. At that point, they’ve committed the time and fuel. But weather delays, mechanical issues, air traffic control holds—those aren’t on you, and we don’t charge you for them.
We can provide car seats, but you need to request them when you book and specify what type—infant seat, convertible, or booster. New Jersey law requires children under age 8 and under 57 inches tall to be in a car seat or booster.
If you’d rather use your own car seat, that’s fine too. Just let us know so we can confirm it’ll fit properly in the vehicle you’re booking. Some car seats are bulkier than others, and if you’re also traveling with multiple passengers and luggage, we might need to send a larger vehicle.
Don’t assume we’ll have a car seat available if you don’t mention it. We’re not mind readers, and showing up with a toddler and no seat creates a problem for everyone. Plan ahead and we’ll make sure it’s handled.
Rates depend on which airport you’re going to, what time you’re traveling, and what type of vehicle you need. Newark’s closer, so it costs less than JFK or LaGuardia. A sedan for one or two passengers runs less than an SUV for a family of five with luggage.
Call us or book online and you’ll get a fixed rate quote before you commit. That rate includes tolls, taxes, and fuel. It doesn’t change if traffic’s bad or if your flight’s delayed.
Compare that to daily airport parking—Newark’s economy lot is $18-$25 per day depending on how close you want to park. A week-long trip costs $126 to $175 just in parking, plus gas to get there. If you’re flying out of JFK, parking’s even more expensive. Our flat rate often ends up cheaper than parking, and you’re not dealing with shuttle buses or walking across a deck at 5 AM.
Yes, if you let us know when you book. If you need to pick up a colleague at a hotel in Hamilton Township or swing by a family member’s house before heading to the airport, we’ll build that into the route and the rate.
What we can’t do is add unplanned stops mid-trip without affecting your timing. If you’re supposed to be at Newark by 5 AM for a 7 AM flight and you suddenly want to stop for coffee, that’s cutting it close. Plan your stops in advance so we can schedule enough time.
Multiple stops work best when everyone’s ready and waiting. If we’re sitting outside someone’s house for 15 minutes while they finish packing, that eats into your airport buffer time. Coordinate with your group before the pickup so everyone’s on the same page.
Contact us as soon as you know your plans changed. If you cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice—at least 24 hours before your pickup time—there’s typically no penalty.
If you cancel last-minute or no-show without calling, that’s a problem. Your driver’s already scheduled, the vehicle’s committed, and we’ve turned down other bookings for that time slot. Late cancellations usually result in a charge because the costs are already incurred.
Life happens—flights get canceled, meetings run late, plans change. We get it. Just don’t ghost us. A quick call or text lets us reassign the driver and opens up the slot for someone else who needs it.
