For outbound trips, if something changes with your departure time after you’ve booked, just contact dispatch and we’ll adjust your pickup time. The goal is getting you to the airport with appropriate buffer time regardless of what changes with the flight schedule. You shouldn’t be penalized or stressed because the airline shifted things around.
The rate you’re quoted is what you pay. It includes standard tolls and taxes for the route between Prospect Heights and your airport.

When you book, mention that you need a stop and where it is. We’ll adjust the timing so you’re still getting to the airport with appropriate buffer time, and we’ll give you accurate pricing that includes the modified route. The key is telling us upfront so it’s built into the schedule.
What doesn’t work well is deciding mid-trip that you want to stop somewhere that adds significant time or distance. Your pickup time is calculated to get you to the airport when you need to be there, and unplanned detours can jeopardize that. If you know you’ll need a stop, just include it when you make the reservation and everything gets planned accordingly.
Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal at the designated pickup area for your airline. They’ll have a sign with your name on it so you can easily identify them.
After you land, grab your luggage and head to the ground transportation or arrivals area depending on which airport you’re at. Your driver will be waiting there. If you can’t find them immediately, you’ll have their direct contact number from the confirmation, so you can call or text.
The driver monitors your flight, so if you land early or late, they’re already aware and positioned accordingly.
