You’ve got a flight to catch or you just landed after a long day. The last thing you need is wondering if your ride will show up, or watching the price climb while you’re stuck in traffic.
That’s where most airport transportation falls apart. Rideshare apps surge when you need them most. Taxis quote one price and charge another. And that “cheap” option? It’s cheap until you’re standing outside arrivals at 11 PM with no driver in sight.
Here’s what changes when you book an airport shuttle service that actually works: You get a fixed rate before you book. No surprise fees, no tolls added later, no “peak hour” markups. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time, so if you’re delayed, they adjust. If you land early, they know. You’re not paying extra for wait time that’s out of your control.
You also get a direct number to reach your driver. You’re not dealing with a call center or an app that goes silent when you need help. And when your chauffeur arrives, the vehicle is clean, the route is planned, and you’re on your way without the usual airport transfer chaos.
Jersey Airport Car And Limo has been handling airport transfers in and around Stuyvesant/Prospect, NJ for years. We’re not the flashiest name in car services, but we’re the one people call when they can’t afford to be late or stranded.
Our chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked, and trained on the routes between here and Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia, and Trenton-Mercer. They know which terminal, which lane, and which entrance to use. They know when Route 1 backs up and when to take the Turnpike instead.
We’re local. We understand that Trenton-Mercer Airport serves a lot of corporate travelers from the pharmaceutical and federal sectors around here. We also know families heading out of Newark for vacation don’t want to deal with parking rates that cost more than their checked bags. That’s why we built a service that shows up on time, charges what we say we’ll charge, and doesn’t leave you guessing.
You book online or call us with your flight details and pickup location in Stuyvesant/Prospect, NJ. We give you a flat rate right then. That’s your price. It doesn’t change.
We send you a confirmation with your chauffeur’s contact info. The day of your trip, we track your flight. If it’s delayed, we adjust. If it’s early, we’re ready. No extra charges either way.
Your chauffeur arrives at the scheduled time for pickups, or monitors your actual arrival for airport pickups. You get a text when they’re close. They meet you at the right terminal or pick you up at your door, depending on which direction you’re headed.
Once you’re in the vehicle, the route is planned and the drive is direct. If you need to make a quick stop at a hotel or office, just let us know when you book. We’ll factor it into timing and pricing upfront. When you arrive at the airport or back home, you’re done. No fumbling with payment, no tipping confusion. It’s handled.
Ready to get started?
Every airport shuttle service booking includes flight tracking, so your pickup time adjusts automatically if your flight is delayed. You’re also covered for reasonable wait time at no extra charge, because we know bags take time and flights don’t always park at the gate on schedule.
You’ll ride in a luxury sedan, SUV, or executive van depending on your group size and luggage needs. Every vehicle is cleaned before your trip and inspected for safety and comfort. Climate control, comfortable seating, and a smooth ride are standard.
Your chauffeur is a licensed professional who’s passed a background check and knows the roads between Stuyvesant/Prospect and every major airport in the region. That includes Newark Liberty, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia International, and Trenton-Mercer. They’re also trained on terminal layouts and pickup procedures, which cuts down on confusion and wait time.
We operate 24/7 because flights don’t run on a 9-to-5 schedule. Early morning pickups for a 6 AM departure or late-night arrivals after a delayed connection are part of the job. You’ll also get a direct contact number for your chauffeur, so if something changes or you can’t find them, you’re not stuck with a generic support line.
You’ll get a flat rate when you book, and that rate includes tolls, taxes, and standard wait time. The price depends on which airport you’re going to and what type of vehicle you need, but it won’t change based on traffic, time of day, or how long your flight is delayed.
For example, a sedan to Newark Liberty is going to cost less than an SUV to JFK, and a trip to Trenton-Mercer is shorter than a trip to Philadelphia International. But once we give you the price, that’s it. No surge pricing during rush hour or holiday weekends. No surprise fees when your flight gets delayed and your chauffeur has to wait an extra 30 minutes.
If you need to add a stop or change your pickup location, let us know when you book so we can adjust the rate upfront. We’d rather give you an accurate price from the start than tack on charges later.
We track your flight in real time, so if you’re delayed, your chauffeur adjusts their arrival automatically. You’re not paying extra for wait time caused by flight delays. That’s built into the service.
If your flight lands early, we’ll know that too. Your chauffeur will be ready when you walk out of baggage claim, not 30 minutes later when the original schedule said you’d land. The goal is to have someone there when you need them, not when the original itinerary said you’d need them.
For pickups at your home or office in Stuyvesant/Prospect, we build in a buffer for normal traffic conditions. If something unusual happens, like an accident on Route 1 or a closure on the Turnpike, your chauffeur will contact you directly and adjust the route. We’re not going to let you miss your flight because we didn’t plan for variables.
Yes. We cover Newark Liberty, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia International, and Trenton-Mercer Airport. Those are the five airports most people in Stuyvesant/Prospect use, and our chauffeurs know the routes, terminals, and traffic patterns for each one.
Newark is the closest major airport, usually about 45 minutes depending on traffic. JFK and LaGuardia are farther but still manageable, especially for international flights or specific airline preferences. Philadelphia International is another solid option, particularly if you’re flying certain carriers or prefer that airport’s layout. And Trenton-Mercer is right here locally, which makes it the fastest option for corporate travelers or smaller regional flights.
If you’re flying out of a smaller regional airport or a private terminal, call us. We’ve handled pickups and drop-offs at less common locations, and we’ll let you know upfront if we can accommodate it and what the rate will be.
Book as soon as you know your flight details. We can usually accommodate last-minute requests, but availability isn’t guaranteed, especially during busy travel periods like summer weekends, holiday weeks, or when there’s a major event in the area.
If you’re traveling during peak season or you need a larger vehicle like an executive van for a group, a few days’ notice is better. That gives us time to assign the right chauffeur and vehicle and confirm all the details with you.
For corporate travelers or people with regular airport trips, we can set up recurring reservations. That way you’re not rebooking every time you fly out for business. You’ll have the same level of service and the same reliable timing every trip.
Call us as soon as you know your plans changed. We’ll work with you on rescheduling or canceling based on how much notice you give us and what our cancellation policy allows.
If you booked a specific time and vehicle and you cancel last-minute, there may be a fee because we’ve already assigned a chauffeur and blocked out that time. But if you’re changing your pickup time because your flight time changed, or you need to move your reservation to a different day, we’ll do our best to accommodate that without penalty.
The key is communication. If something changes, let us know right away. We’d rather adjust your reservation and keep your business than stick you with fees or lose you as a customer because we weren’t flexible when it made sense to be.
It depends on what matters to you. If you want the cheapest possible option and you’re willing to gamble on availability and pricing, rideshare can work. But if you need reliability, fixed pricing, and a guaranteed pickup, this is the better choice.
Rideshare apps use surge pricing during peak times. That means your ride to the airport costs more during morning rush hour, bad weather, or when there’s an event in town. You also don’t know what you’re paying until you request the ride, and by then you’re committed. With us, you know the price before you book, and it doesn’t change.
Rideshare also depends on driver availability at the exact moment you need a ride. If it’s 5 AM and there aren’t drivers nearby, you’re stuck waiting or scrambling for a backup plan. We confirm your reservation in advance, assign a chauffeur, and guarantee they’ll be there at the scheduled time. You’re not hoping someone accepts your ride request when you’re already running late.
