You’re not just booking a ride. You’re eliminating the variables that make airport travel stressful.
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time. If you’re delayed, they adjust. No extra fees, no frantic texts, no standing outside wondering where your ride is. You get picked up when you land, not when you were supposed to land.
The rate you see when you book is what you pay. No surge pricing during rush hour. No surprise fees when traffic backs up on Route 1 or the Turnpike. You know the cost before you commit, and it doesn’t change.
Your driver isn’t guessing the best route or learning the airport layout on your dime. They’ve done this hundreds of times. They know which terminal, where to meet you, and how to navigate traffic between Port Mercer and Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, or Trenton-Mercer. You get in, they drive, you arrive on time.
We’ve been running airport transportation in central New Jersey for over thirty years. That’s not a selling point—it’s context. We’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to getting people to the airport on time.
Port Mercer sits right between Trenton and Princeton, which means you’re close to Trenton-Mercer Airport but probably flying out of Newark, JFK, or LaGuardia most of the time. We cover all of them. We also know the traffic patterns on Route 1, I-295, and the Turnpike, and we plan accordingly.
Our chauffeurs are CDL certified, background checked, and commercially insured. The vehicles are cleaned and inspected before every trip. We answer the phone 24/7 with a real person, not a voicemail system. That’s how we’ve stayed in business this long in Mercer County.
You book online or over the phone at least 24 hours before your flight. Earlier is better, especially for early morning departures. You’ll get a fixed rate based on your pickup location in Port Mercer and which airport you’re headed to.
We ask for your flight details during booking. Our dispatch system plugs that into real-time flight tracking, so if your inbound flight is delayed or your departure time changes, your chauffeur adjusts automatically. You don’t need to call us. We’re already watching it.
Your chauffeur arrives at your pickup location with enough buffer time to account for traffic. For airport pickups, they’re positioned and waiting before you land. You’ll get their contact info ahead of time so you can reach them directly if needed.
Once you’re in the vehicle, they handle the route. You don’t need to give directions or check Waze. They know the fastest way to get you there based on current conditions, time of day, and which terminal you need. You arrive with time to spare, not cutting it close.

Every ride includes a professional chauffeur with a commercial driver’s license and full background check. The vehicle is a luxury sedan, SUV, or executive van depending on your group size—up to 10 passengers. It’s cleaned before your trip, and it has climate control and enough space for luggage.
You get real-time flight monitoring at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed two hours, your pickup adjusts two hours. If you land early, they’re notified. There’s no waiting fee as long as the delay is flight-related.
The rate is fixed when you book. It doesn’t change if traffic is heavy or if your flight gets delayed. You’re not paying by the hour or by the mile once the rate is set. That’s the number.
Port Mercer is centrally located in Mercer County, which gives you access to multiple airports within an hour. Newark is about 50 minutes north. JFK and LaGuardia are roughly 90 minutes depending on traffic. Trenton-Mercer is 15 minutes away. Philadelphia International is about 45 minutes south. We cover all of them, plus smaller regional and private terminals if that’s where you’re headed.
Book at least 24 hours before your pickup time. That gives us enough lead time to confirm availability and assign a chauffeur to your trip.
If you’re flying out early in the morning—say, a 6 a.m. departure—book 48 to 72 hours ahead. Early morning slots fill up faster because there are fewer chauffeurs on the road at that hour. Same goes for holiday weekends or busy travel periods.
We can sometimes handle same-day requests, but it’s not guaranteed. If you call the morning of your flight and we have availability, we’ll make it work. But you’re better off not leaving it to chance. Book ahead, lock in your rate, and you’re set.
We track your flight in real time through our dispatch system. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur’s pickup time adjusts automatically. You don’t need to call us or send an update—we’re already monitoring it.
If you land early, same thing. The system updates, and your chauffeur is notified. They’ll be in position when you’re ready, not an hour later when you were originally supposed to land.
There’s no extra charge for flight delays as long as the delay is tied to your flight status. If your flight is two hours late, your ride is still included at the original rate. That’s part of the service. You’re not paying a waiting fee or getting charged for the chauffeur’s time while your plane is still in the air.
Yes. We run airport transportation to Newark Liberty International, JFK, LaGuardia, Trenton-Mercer, and Philadelphia International. Those are the five airports most people in Port Mercer use, and we cover all of them.
Newark is the closest major airport—about 50 minutes north depending on traffic. JFK and LaGuardia are farther, usually around 90 minutes, sometimes more if you’re traveling during peak hours. Trenton-Mercer is 15 minutes away. Philadelphia is about 45 minutes south.
We also handle trips to smaller regional airports and private aviation terminals if that’s where you’re flying out of. Just let us know the airport and terminal when you book, and we’ll get you there. The chauffeur will know the layout, the pickup zones, and the fastest route from Port Mercer.
The rate is fixed when you book. That’s the number you pay. It doesn’t change if traffic is bad, if your flight is delayed, or if the trip takes longer than expected.
Some companies quote a low rate upfront and then add fees later—fuel surcharges, waiting fees, tolls, peak hour pricing. We don’t do that. The rate includes tolls and standard waiting time for flight delays. If there’s an additional stop or a significant route change you request mid-trip, that’s different. But the core rate for getting you from Port Mercer to the airport doesn’t fluctuate.
You’ll see the full cost before you confirm the booking. No surprises at the end of the trip. No “adjustment” when the driver drops you off. What you agree to is what you pay.
For one or two passengers with standard luggage—two suitcases and a couple of carry-ons—a luxury sedan works. It’s comfortable, it has trunk space, and it’s the most common choice for business travelers or couples.
For three to five passengers, or if you have extra luggage, an SUV is the better option. You get more room in the back and a larger cargo area. If you’re traveling with kids and need space for car seats and strollers, the SUV handles that too.
For six to ten passengers, you’ll need an executive van. That’s the right call for family trips, group travel, or corporate airport transfers where multiple people are heading to the same flight. When you book, just let us know how many passengers and how much luggage you’re bringing. We’ll recommend the right vehicle and make sure it’s ready when we pick you up.
Yes. You can book both legs of the trip at the same time—one ride to the airport and one ride back to Port Mercer when you return. A lot of people do this because it’s one less thing to think about while you’re traveling.
When you book the return trip, give us your inbound flight information. We’ll track that flight the same way we track outbound flights, so if you’re delayed coming home, your pickup adjusts automatically. You won’t land at Newark or JFK and have to scramble for a ride because your chauffeur left early.
Round-trip bookings also lock in your rate for both directions. If you’re traveling during a busy period or around a holiday, booking both trips upfront guarantees availability. You’re not hoping we have a chauffeur free when you land five days later. It’s already scheduled.
