Your flight doesn’t wait because traffic was worse than expected or parking took twenty minutes to find. You’ve got a departure time, and missing it costs you money, time, and whatever you were traveling for in the first place.
Airport transportation from Princeton Ivy East means a chauffeur shows up when they’re supposed to, knows which route moves fastest during your departure window, and builds in buffer time without making you leave absurdly early. You’re not circling parking garages. You’re not doing math on whether the economy lot saves enough to justify the shuttle wait.
The rate you see when you book is what you pay. No surge pricing when demand spikes. No surprise fees when your flight gets delayed and your driver has to wait. You get dropped at your terminal, and you walk in with the time you need.
We’ve been running airport transfers in the Princeton area since the early ’90s. That’s before ride apps, before smartphone tracking, back when you actually had to know the roads and build a reputation on showing up.
We’re still here because we do the basics right. Licensed chauffeurs who’ve passed background checks. Vehicles that get inspected monthly, not when something breaks. A dispatch team that’s awake at 4 a.m. when your flight boards at 6:30.
Princeton Ivy East sits right in our service area. We know the flow on Route 1, what Washington Road looks like during university events, and how to avoid the bottlenecks near the Dinky station. You’re not explaining where you live or hoping your driver knows the area.
You book online or call dispatch with your pickup location in Princeton Ivy East, your destination airport, and your flight time. We quote a flat rate right then. That’s your price.
Our system tracks your flight automatically. If you’re landing and your flight’s delayed, your chauffeur adjusts without you doing anything. If you’re departing, we calculate backward from your flight time and build in traffic patterns for that day and time.
Your driver contacts you directly before pickup. You get a text with their name, vehicle details, and phone number. No guessing if someone’s coming.
Pickup happens at your door. Your chauffeur loads your luggage, confirms your terminal, and drives the route that’s moving. You’re not navigating. You’re not parking. You’re not hauling bags across a shuttle lot in February.
Dropoff is curbside at your terminal. Your driver doesn’t just stop at “Departures”—they know which airline entrance saves you walking. You’re out and in within a minute.

Every vehicle in our fleet is a late-model sedan, SUV, or van depending on your group size and luggage. Lincoln MKTs and Chrysler 300s for solo or couple travel. Toyota Highlanders and Chevrolet Suburbans for families or groups with extra bags. Passenger vans for larger parties heading to the same flight.
All vehicles have charging ports and WiFi. You can work, take calls, or just sit quietly without someone trying to chat you up. Our chauffeurs are trained to read the room—some passengers want conversation, most want silence.
Princeton Ivy East to Newark Airport runs about 50 minutes in normal traffic, longer during peak commute windows. Philadelphia Airport is roughly an hour depending on your exact pickup point. JFK is the longest haul at around 90 minutes, sometimes two hours if you’re traveling during rush periods.
We cover all the major airports: Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia, and Trenton-Mercer. We also handle private aviation terminals at Trenton and smaller regional fields if that’s your departure point. The process is identical regardless of airport—fixed rate, flight tracking, direct driver contact.
If you’re landing and your flight’s delayed, nothing happens on your end. Our system tracks flights automatically and adjusts your chauffeur’s arrival to match your actual landing time. You don’t pay extra for wait time caused by airline delays.
If you’re departing and you’re running late, call or text dispatch as soon as you know. We’ll push your pickup back if the driver’s schedule allows it, or we’ll send another vehicle if yours has already moved to another job. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to adjust without charging a rebooking fee.
If you miss your pickup entirely without contacting us, that’s a no-show and the fare is forfeited. But if you communicate, we work with you. Flight times change, meetings run long, things happen—we just need to know so we can reposition the driver.
For standard airport runs from Princeton Ivy East to Newark, JFK, or Philadelphia, 24 hours is usually enough. We can often accommodate same-day requests if you’re booking in the morning for an evening flight, but availability isn’t guaranteed during busy travel periods.
If you’re traveling during peak times—Sunday evenings, early Monday mornings, the day before Thanksgiving, the week between Christmas and New Year’s—book as far ahead as you can. Those windows fill up because everyone’s traveling at once.
For larger vehicles like Suburbans or passenger vans, book earlier. We have fewer of those in the fleet, and they get reserved quickly for group travel. Sedans are easier to secure on short notice.
No. The rate you’re quoted is the rate you pay regardless of pickup time. A 4 a.m. departure to catch a 6:30 flight costs the same as a 2 p.m. pickup for an evening flight.
A lot of airport car services add surcharges for overnight or early morning hours. We don’t. Our chauffeurs work around the clock, and we staff for those shifts—it’s not an inconvenience, it’s the job.
The only thing that changes your rate is distance, vehicle type, and which airport you’re going to. Time of day doesn’t factor in. Neither do tolls—those are included in the flat rate we quote upfront.
Yes, but it changes the rate because it changes the route and time. If you need to stop at an office in downtown Princeton to grab something before heading to Newark, tell us when you book so we can quote accurately.
Quick stops—under five minutes—usually don’t add much. Longer stops or multiple stops can push the price up depending on how far off the direct route they take you. We’re not trying to nickel and dime you, but if a stop adds fifteen minutes and three miles, that’s real time and fuel.
The key is mentioning it upfront. If you surprise the driver with a stop after pickup, we’ll accommodate it but you’ll get charged the adjustment afterward. Plan it into the booking and you’ll know your total cost before anyone shows up.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Life changes, plans shift—we get it.
Cancel less than 24 hours out but more than 6 hours before pickup, and there’s a 50% cancellation fee. We’ve likely turned down other bookings for that time slot, so we’re splitting the loss.
Cancel less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show without any contact, and the full fare is charged. At that point the vehicle’s been dispatched, the driver’s scheduled, and we can’t fill that slot.
If your flight gets canceled by the airline, that’s not a cancellation on your part—that’s a delay. Let us know and we’ll reschedule your pickup for your new flight at no charge.
Every chauffeur working for us has passed a full background check and holds a commercial driver’s license. That’s not optional—it’s state-required for passenger transport, and we verify it before anyone gets behind the wheel.
You’ll receive your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details before pickup. If something feels off or doesn’t match what you were told, call our dispatch line immediately. We’re available 24/7 and we’ll verify the driver’s identity on the spot.
Our vehicles are inspected monthly and carry full commercial insurance. You’re not getting into someone’s personal car with questionable coverage. These are professionally maintained fleet vehicles with documented service records and proper licensing for passenger transport.
