When you’re catching a 6 AM flight out of Newark or picking up an international student arriving at JFK, the last thing you need is uncertainty. You need to know your ride will show up on time, that your driver knows which terminal to use, and that the price you’re quoted is the price you’ll pay.
That’s what you get with our airport transportation. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time, so if you’re delayed, we adjust without charging you extra waiting fees. If traffic backs up on Route 1 or I-95, we know the alternate routes. You’re not dealing with surge pricing during bad weather or trying to coordinate multiple Ubers for your group.
You book once, you get a confirmation, and you get a text when your driver is on the way. Everything else—the route planning, the terminal logistics, the timing—that’s handled. You just need to be ready when we arrive.
Jersey Airport Car And Limo has been running airport transfers throughout Central New Jersey for years. We’re not a rideshare app or a taxi service trying to figure out the best route on the fly. Our chauffeurs know the Ewing area, the TCNJ campus, and every airport within reasonable driving distance.
That matters when you’re dealing with Newark’s terminal pickups, LaGuardia’s construction zones, or JFK’s size. It matters when you’re an international student arriving with luggage and no local knowledge. And it matters when you’re a parent visiting campus who doesn’t want to deal with rental cars or parking fees.
We run background checks on every driver, maintain our vehicles on schedule, and operate 24/7 because flights don’t only leave during business hours. You’re working with a local car service that understands what TCNJ students, faculty, and visitors actually need.
You book your airport transfer at least 24 hours in advance—48 to 72 hours is better for early morning flights. You’ll get an immediate confirmation with your fixed rate, which includes tolls and taxes. No surprises later.
About 48 hours before your trip, you’ll get a reminder email. Then, a few hours before pickup, you’ll get a text with your driver’s direct contact information. If you’re being picked up from the airport, your chauffeur is already tracking your flight. If your plane lands late, we adjust. If it lands early, we’re ready.
For campus pickups, your driver arrives at your specified location on time. We help with luggage, confirm your destination, and handle the route. You’re not navigating, you’re not checking apps for traffic updates, and you’re not worrying about whether you’ll make your flight.
At the airport, your chauffeur knows exactly where to drop you based on your airline and terminal. For pickups, we know where to meet you after you land. The whole process is designed so you’re thinking about your trip, not your transportation.
Ready to get started?
You’re getting a professional chauffeur with a commercial license and a clean background check. You’re getting a vehicle that’s been inspected and cleaned before your trip. And you’re getting service to Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia, and Trenton-Mercer airports—whichever makes sense for your flight.
The rate you’re quoted upfront is what you pay. That includes tolls, taxes, and fuel. There’s no surge pricing when it snows or when everyone’s trying to get to the airport at the same time.
For TCNJ students, especially international students who rely heavily on Newark airport, this means reliable transportation without needing to coordinate multiple trains or buses. For parents and visitors, it means you’re not dealing with rental car returns or expensive parking fees at the airport. For business travelers, it means you can work in the back seat instead of driving.
Our dispatch team works around the clock, so if your flight gets moved to 2 AM or you need a last-minute pickup, someone’s available to coordinate. The fleet includes sedans for solo travelers, SUVs for families with luggage, and executive vans for groups—you’re not cramming into a vehicle that’s too small.
Book at least 24 hours ahead, but 48 to 72 hours is better if you’re catching an early morning flight. Early flights are popular, and availability gets tighter the closer you get to departure time.
If you’re booking last-minute, call instead of using the online system. Our dispatch team can sometimes accommodate same-day requests depending on driver availability, but it’s not guaranteed. For return trips, book both directions at the same time—it’s easier to coordinate and you won’t forget until the night before you need to come back.
If your plans change after booking, let us know as soon as possible. We can usually adjust pickup times or dates if you give us notice, but last-minute changes get harder to accommodate when drivers are already scheduled.
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time through our dispatch system. If your flight’s delayed, we adjust our arrival time automatically. You’re not charged extra waiting fees for delays that are out of your control.
If your flight lands early, your driver will know and be ready. We monitor the flight status from the moment you’re scheduled to land until you’re actually at the pickup location. You don’t need to call or text updates—it’s already handled.
For outbound trips from campus to the airport, if something comes up and you’re running late, contact your driver directly using the number you’ll receive via text. We’ll work with you if possible, but keep in mind we may have other pickups scheduled after yours. The best approach is to be ready at your scheduled pickup time.
Rates are fixed based on your pickup location and destination airport. When you book, you’ll see the total price upfront—that includes tolls, taxes, and fuel. There’s no meter running and no surge pricing.
Newark is typically the closest major airport to TCNJ, so transfers there are usually the most economical option. JFK and LaGuardia are farther, so those trips cost more. Philadelphia airport is another option depending on your flight options. When you request a quote, you’ll get exact pricing for your specific route.
The rate doesn’t change based on traffic or time of day. If you book a 4 AM pickup, you pay the same rate as a 4 PM pickup. If there’s an accident on I-95 and the trip takes longer, your rate stays the same. You’re paying for the service, not the minutes.
Yes. When you book, specify how many passengers and how much luggage you’re traveling with. We’ll assign the right vehicle—sedan for one or two people with standard luggage, SUV for families or travelers with extra bags, or an executive van for larger groups.
This matters more than people realize. If you’re an international student arriving with two large suitcases, a carry-on, and a backpack, you need space. If you’re a family of four visiting campus, you need room for everyone to sit comfortably. Don’t try to cram into a vehicle that’s too small just to save money—it makes the trip miserable.
If your luggage situation changes between booking and pickup, let us know. We can often switch vehicles if we have advance notice, but it’s harder to accommodate day-of changes. Be honest about your needs when you book and you’ll get the right setup from the start.
We cover Newark Liberty International, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia International, and Trenton-Mercer. Most TCNJ students and visitors use Newark because it’s closest and offers good flight options, but we’ll take you wherever your flight leaves from.
If you’re an international student, Newark is typically your best option for direct international flights. If you’re flying domestic and comparing options, sometimes Philadelphia has better rates or times depending on your destination. LaGuardia and JFK make sense if you’re connecting through New York or if that’s where you found the best flight deal.
Your chauffeur knows all of these airports—the terminal layouts, the pickup procedures, the traffic patterns. You’re not explaining where to go or which entrance to use. We’ve done these routes repeatedly and know how to navigate each airport efficiently.
Yes, and it works the same way as outbound trips. When you book your return, provide your flight information. Your chauffeur will track your flight and be at the designated pickup location when you land.
Different airports have different pickup procedures. At Newark, there’s a specific area for car services. At JFK, it varies by terminal. Your driver will text you when you’re getting close to landing with exact instructions on where to meet. Follow those instructions and you’ll connect without confusion.
If you can’t find your driver or something goes wrong, you’ll have their direct phone number from the text they sent. Call them immediately—don’t wander around hoping to spot them. We’re looking for you too, and a quick call solves most pickup issues. The key is having your phone charged and accessible when you land so you can communicate if needed.
