If you land early, same thing. We get notified and reposition the driver to meet your new arrival time. The goal is to have someone ready when you walk out of the terminal, not 20 minutes later.
For departures, if your flight time changes after you book, just give us a call or send a text. We’ll shift your pickup to match the new schedule. It happens all the time, especially with Newark’s operational delays and air traffic issues.
Tolls and taxes are included in the flat rate we quote for airport transfers. You’re not getting a surprise bill at the end because we had to take the Parkway or go through a toll plaza. That’s already factored in.
If you need to make a stop—like picking up another passenger at a hotel in Toms River or stopping at your office in Brick—we can usually accommodate that as long as it’s on the way and doesn’t put your flight at risk. We’ll let you know upfront if it affects timing or pricing.
Airport fees for commercial pickups are also included. Some airports charge car services for terminal access, but that’s baked into your rate. What we quote is what you pay unless you add extra stops or change the destination after booking.
