For airport transportation, book at least 24 hours ahead. That gives us time to assign a driver, confirm your pickup location, and track your flight details. For corporate events or client transportation where you’re coordinating multiple pickups, a few days’ notice helps us plan routes and timing.
That said, we operate 24/7. If you land at Newark at midnight and your ride fell through, call us. We’ll do everything we can to get someone there. But the earlier you book, the more certainty you have.

If your flight’s delayed, your chauffeur adjusts their arrival time automatically. If you land two hours late, they’ll be there two hours later. No extra charge. We build that into the service because we know flight delays aren’t optional.
If you land early, same thing. Your driver gets notified and heads to the airport. You’re not stuck waiting in baggage claim wondering if someone’s coming. For international flights, you have 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from wheels down. Domestic flights get 30 minutes. That covers customs, baggage claim, and the walk to the pickup area.

George Washington Bridge if you’re heading uptown or to a Westchester corporate campus. They’re watching traffic conditions and adjusting in real-time.
The rate is fixed when you book. You’re not paying by the mile or by the minute stuck in traffic. If the Holland Tunnel’s backed up and we take the Lincoln, your price doesn’t change. That’s our problem to solve, not yours.
Most corporate clients use us for NYC meetings because parking in Manhattan costs more than the car service, and you can work in the back seat instead of white-knuckling it through Midtown traffic yourself.

You’re not paying a base rate plus tolls plus fees plus tax that all gets added at the end. The price is the price. If we’re taking the New Jersey Turnpike to Newark, those tolls are already in there. If your flight’s delayed and we’re waiting an extra 45 minutes, that’s covered under the complimentary wait time.
What’s not included: extra stops you didn’t mention when booking, extended wait time beyond the complimentary window, or changes to your destination mid-trip. If you book a ride to Newark and then decide you want to stop in Edison for 20 minutes, that’s an adjustment we can make, but it’ll change the rate.
We also don’t do surge pricing. The rate for a 5 PM pickup on a Friday is the same as a 10 AM pickup on a Tuesday. Your transportation cost doesn’t change based on demand.
You get a confirmation when you book with your driver’s details and pickup time. You get a text when your driver is en route. You get another text when they arrive.
Our drivers are dispatched to arrive early, not on time. For airport pickups, they’re in position before your flight lands. For corporate or residential pickups, they’re at your location five minutes before your scheduled time. That buffer is built into how we operate.
If something goes wrong—traffic accident, vehicle issue, anything that would cause a delay—you get a call immediately. Not a text five minutes after you were supposed to leave. A call, with a solution, before it becomes your problem.
