If you book a ride to Newark and then decide you want to stop in Edison for 20 minutes, that’s an adjustment we can make, but it’ll change the rate.

We also don’t do surge pricing. The rate for a 5 PM pickup on a Friday is the same as a 10 AM pickup on a Tuesday. Your transportation cost doesn’t change based on demand.
