You know the drill. Someone’s running late, someone else can’t find their driver, and by the time everyone arrives, half the group’s already frustrated before the night even starts.
A party bus rental keeps your entire group together from the first pickup to the last drop-off. No splitting up. No waiting around. No dealing with surge pricing that triples your cost on a Saturday night because demand’s high and drivers are scarce.
The cost splits across everyone on board, so you’re often paying less per person than you would for separate rides. And nobody has to stay sober to drive, which means everyone actually gets to be part of the celebration instead of watching it happen. You’re not just getting from point A to point B—you’re turning the commute into part of the experience, with sound systems, lighting, and enough space that the energy doesn’t die the second you leave campus.
We started in airport transportation, which taught us one thing fast: people don’t forgive you for being late, unprofessional, or unprepared. That standard carried over when we expanded into party bus service around The College of New Jersey and the surrounding Ewing area.
Our drivers know the roads between campus, downtown Trenton, Princeton, and everywhere students actually go when they leave TCNJ. They’re licensed, background-checked, and trained to prioritize your safety and schedule above everything else. Our fleet’s maintained regularly because breakdowns aren’t acceptable, and our dispatch team is available around the clock if plans change or something comes up.
We’re not trying to be the cheapest option in New Jersey. We’re trying to be the one you’d book again because it actually worked the way it was supposed to.
You reach out with your date, pickup location near TCNJ, destination, and group size. We’ll confirm availability and give you a flat-rate quote with no booking fees or surprise charges. What you see is what you pay, tolls and taxes included.
Once you’re booked, we assign a driver and vehicle that fits your group. On the day of your event, your driver arrives at the scheduled time—usually right on campus or at your off-campus housing. Everyone boards, and the ride starts. You control the music, the vibe, and the route if you want to make stops.
When the night’s over, your driver gets everyone back safely. No scrambling for rides at 2 a.m., no hoping someone’s sober enough to drive, no dealing with parking tickets or towing fees because someone forgot to read the sign. You get dropped off where you started, and that’s it.

Our limo bus rentals come with perimeter seating so there’s room to move, stand, and actually socialize instead of sitting in rows like you’re on a school trip. The sound system connects to your phone so you’re playing your playlist, not stuck with whatever the driver likes. LED and laser lighting systems are standard because the visual setup matters when you’re taking photos or just trying to set a mood.
Climate control keeps the temperature comfortable no matter how many people are on board. The flooring’s non-slip, there are seat belts for everyone, and emergency exits and safety equipment are inspected regularly. Around Ewing and TCNJ, students deal with limited transportation options—loop buses that stop running, rideshares that cost a fortune on weekends, or risking it with someone who’s had a few drinks. A luxury party bus removes all of that.
You’re not just renting a vehicle. You’re renting the ability to keep your group together, stay safe, and not waste half your night coordinating logistics or worrying about who’s driving home.
Party bus pricing in New Jersey typically runs between $150 and $350+ per hour depending on the day, time, and vehicle size. Weekend rates—Friday and Saturday nights—start higher, usually around $300 per hour, because demand’s heavier. Weekday rentals, Sunday through Thursday, often start closer to $200 per hour.
Here’s where the math works in your favor: if you’re renting a bus that holds 14 people for $280 per hour and you book it for four hours, that’s $1,120 total. Split across 14 people, you’re paying $80 each. Compare that to rideshares on a Saturday night near campus when surge pricing kicks in—you could easily pay $100+ per person each way.
We give you a flat-rate quote upfront with no hidden fees, and that rate includes standard tolls and taxes. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying before you commit, and the price doesn’t change unless you add hours or make major route changes.
Yes, passengers 21 and over can drink alcohol on a party bus in New Jersey as long as the driver isn’t drinking and the vehicle isn’t being operated in a way that violates state law. If anyone in your group is under 21, New Jersey law requires the driver to check IDs and collect a signed statement from minors acknowledging that alcohol may be present. We keep those forms on file for three years as required.
You’re responsible for bringing your own alcohol—we don’t provide it, and we’re not a liquor license holder. You’re also responsible for making sure anyone drinking is of legal age. Our drivers won’t allow the trip to continue if they see underage drinking happening or if passenger behavior becomes unsafe.
The goal is simple: everyone has a good time, stays legal, and gets home safely. If you’re planning a 21+ event, it’s straightforward. If you’ve got a mixed-age group, just know we’ll need to follow the state’s rules to keep everything above board.
If you’re planning around a major weekend—homecoming, spring formal, end-of-semester celebrations—book at least two to three weeks out. Those dates fill up fast around The College of New Jersey because everyone’s trying to lock in transportation at the same time, and there are only so many vehicles available in the Ewing area.
For a regular weekend or a weekday event, you can often book with less notice, sometimes even a few days out. But availability isn’t guaranteed, especially if you need a larger vehicle or a specific time window.
If your plans aren’t set yet, you can always reach out to check availability without committing. We’ll tell you what’s open and hold a tentative spot if you need a day or two to finalize your group. The earlier you book, the more options you’ll have for vehicle size, pickup times, and routing. Waiting until the last minute usually means settling for whatever’s left—or paying more if you’re trying to pull something together on short notice.
If your event runs longer than expected and you need to extend your rental, let the driver or our dispatch team know as soon as possible. We’ll add the extra time at the hourly rate we quoted you originally, assuming the driver and vehicle are available to stay longer. If we’ve got another booking right after yours, we might not be able to extend, so communication early helps.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, our cancellation policy depends on how much notice you give us. The sooner you let us know, the more flexible we can be. Last-minute cancellations—especially within 24 to 48 hours of your pickup time—usually aren’t refundable because we’ve already turned down other bookings and assigned a driver to your trip.
For changes to your pickup time, route, or group size, reach out to our dispatch team. Small adjustments are usually no problem. Bigger changes—like adding an extra stop that adds significant drive time—might adjust your total cost, but we’ll talk through that before making any changes official. The key is just keeping us in the loop so we can keep your night running smoothly.
Safety comes down to two things: the vehicle and the driver. Our party buses are inspected regularly, maintained by certified technicians, and equipped with seat belts, non-slip flooring, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits. These aren’t optional—they’re required by state safety standards, and we take them seriously.
Our drivers are licensed, background-checked, and drug-tested before they ever get behind the wheel for us. They go through ongoing training and are monitored by our dispatch team throughout every trip. Their job is to get you where you’re going safely and on time, not to babysit or play bouncer, but they will step in if something’s unsafe.
The bigger safety issue around TCNJ is what happens when students don’t have reliable transportation. Drinking and driving is obviously a risk. So is getting into a car with someone who’s had too much. Or walking long distances late at night in areas that aren’t well-lit. A party bus removes all of that. Everyone stays together, nobody has to drive, and a professional who knows the area is handling the roads. That’s the point.
We cover Ewing and the surrounding areas where TCNJ students actually go—downtown Trenton, Princeton, Lawrenceville, Hamilton, and other spots within reasonable driving distance from campus. If you’re heading to a restaurant, a club, a concert venue, or someone’s off-campus house, we can get you there.
For trips outside the immediate area—like Atlantic City, Philadelphia, or New York City—we can accommodate that too, but the pricing structure changes because you’re adding significant drive time and distance. We’ll talk through the route when you book and give you a clear quote based on where you’re going and how long you’ll need the bus.
If you’re planning multiple stops throughout the night, that’s fine. Just map it out with us ahead of time so we can build a realistic timeline and make sure the routing makes sense. Our drivers know the local roads, traffic patterns, and where things get congested on weekends, so we’ll help you plan a route that doesn’t waste time or leave you stuck in traffic when you’re trying to make a reservation or meet up with another group.
